I saw that squatty potty ad a few weeks ago. Thought it was strange but a few nights later I was struggling for a completion and I hand to god remembered the video from Facebook and grabbed my kids step-stool they use to brush their teeth and used it. It was fine I guess. I'm not going to buy one or anything. What a weird story to share but I mean, it's what we're talking about on catpaw today : P

When i struggle for completion, i simply light up an unfiltered Pall Mall, position matters no longer.

I just don't feel the need to humiliate myself in that manner. Walking in on someone using the squatty potty would be the equivalent of walking in on someone autoerotically asphyxiating themselves.

Literally the same exact level of shame.

GYERO- I need some help ...(SERIOUS REPLIES ONLY)

How well do iPhone apps do at tracking steps and such. My work would appreciate us doing things like this through HumanaVitality, which would also lead to gift cards and other benefits. I run/workout 6 days a week so marcus take advantage of it anyway. I'd prefer not to have to buy a Hambone or whatever if I can just use an app that does the same thing.

I watched the first episode of Trailer Park Boys and it was awful. Does the show get any better? I know pilots frequently suck ***, so I want to give it a fair shot.

I know you're into Mr. Show, and this show might be even more quotable (if that's possible). See below for a small sample: (NSFW)

WCC, if you do the simple health assessment on HV you get enough points to pick up a free step counter pod. Our phones also have a S-Health app built in that will connect with HV. I'm sure Apple has one already preloaded. Also, unless I'm mistaken MFP doesn't track steps granted I only use it for calorie tracking.

Humana Vitality is a pretty solid program... if it actually keeps our rates down. I'm skeptical. Can't argue that it hasn't helped get people in better shape around here.

IF you're you're just starting this, let me know, PTI and I can help you maximize the easy points.

It does (246 so far today) and a nice addition to the calorie counter to keep yo'self in check.

Maintained a 190-200 pound threshold for the last seven years or so, but, had some **** going on last fall, and got away from my routine.

234 on 01/04, 198.4 this morning....:victory:

MP--1.5 miles, 4 or 5 days a week.

On the video circulating on twitter about Prince's halftime show, supposedly the producer called him the morning of the super bowl to tell him it was raining. Prince responded with "Make it rain harder."

That honestly sounds like it wouldve been something written into the Chappelle skits, but he actually said that.

Word, I sync my garmin to MFP so it does all my activity tracking. MFP is a cool app. Go with it.

*He wouldn't be the first gyeroite on ksr. Sorry about that cc.

*I don't need help taking a ****. Conventional is adequate. Thanks. And you all give me grief for dumb ****ing ****. Small stool to sit my tablet or laptop on and I'm fine. Crap top, patented by the late great ags.

*Slice, you can't be any worse than bti who is the worst frequent poster on the Internet. He's awful.

*What are you doing these days Clark? Please say collecting unemployment and playing golf.

Stressful day. Long bike ride and scotch work wonders.

*Leave Marcus alone. Goodman obviously skewed that **** to fit his agenda and **** with Cal. Lee is an outstanding representative of the program. Always welcome back in my mind. Cal can get pumped if he's actually mad, which I assume is more directed at melon head and not pee.

-A little rain tomorrow then more perfect average April weather on tap. Enjoy folks.

^rack em. Pretty well lubed on a Wednesday.
When your son starts potty training he will use a 5$ stool to help reach the toilet. The stool can also be used for a squatty potty if desired. Dual purpose and a lot cheaper.

we've got stools all over the damn elimination rooms at our house. for kids to use the toilet, & brush teeth, & for wife or me to sit on when giving baths.

pooping at work on company time still sounds like a better deal than trying to recreate neandertal man's natural squat formation

Welp, according to the front counter girl, my settings must be wrong, because with my cardio, I should average 10,000 steps a day.

You gotta factor in your length of stride and ****? I'm all over this joint daily, but just figured that count was correct...o_O

wcc, listen to skanth. imo.

Well I'm currently on the pot dealing with an incomplete elimination and I guess this is what I deserve for laughing at squatty potty. Smh. In a desperate attempt to completely eliminate, I tried to pull my legs up to my chest but I almost fell off the pot, so I'm just sitting here reading stuff.

If you think the squatty potty is bad, try walking into a Japanese bathroom and coming across one of these disasters of invention. Decided I'd just take a chance on messing myself and got back to the hotel as quickly as possible.

They've given us so much, but WTF are they thinking?

Looks civilized compared to what travellers to China describe: a hole in the floor that you squat over. Eliminates the need for a Squatty Potty, tho.
