Again showing some of that great player development by Stallings their brethren were referring to after beating us recently. They get up to play us (at home) and maybe one or two other times during the season. Yeah.....must be coaching

I wonder if this will be it for Stallings? Vandy had a lot of buzz before the season, heck some pundits were picking them for the FF. Now they are bounced first game of the SECT and probably NIT bound.

This may open the door for the Fightin Bens to sneak in. Beat a worn out UT, and then Knock off A&M gettin to the finals.

Friedass/CVF has been conspicuously absent today. I hope he's ok and not doing anything like jumping off the James Robertson Parkway bridge downtown.

If I don't see him on the board (by the end of the night) I'm going to go down there with my scuba gear and start the search/recovery operation for him.

LOL, that's cold !!
i'll add to that. you have tennessee in nashville in front of a bunch of uk fans just hanging out watching hoops, you can lock up a tourney bid, and you crap your nickers. good job vandy. are you really better than this every year? here's a collective "know your place and stfu (middle finger raised)" to your collective program and fan base. never act like your anything in basketball again please. you're almost nothing.

Lunardi has Vandy in the last four in column.

IMO they should be in the NIT. Their best out of conference victory came at home against Stony Brook while their only true noteworthy wins came at home. Those wins against Florida don't look so impressive when the Gators are going to be an NIT team barring winning the SEC Tourney (which I very much doubt happens).

In addition to Tennessee today, they've also lost to Arkansas, Ole Miss, Mississippi State and LSU. Home wins over Kentucky and Texas A&M don't make up for that imo.

Lunardi doesnt have the final say.
Vanderbilt is toast.
Even if Lunardi is correct right now there will most likely be upsets in the conference tourneys to drive Vandy out of the tournament. They are the last four in on the early days of the conferences tourneys. That is a very bad place.

Yep, being on the bubble isn't all bad, provided you are still playing. Being on the bubble and no more games to play with other conference tournaments just starting.....not so good.
