After UK loses a game there are threads saying that Cal can't coach. I think its only fair to post that he's a great coach after a win.

I'd rather Pitino had stayed and been 26 years into his tenure, but given the fact that he didn't I agree. (That scenario only, not Pitino now or after he left)

The only ppl that say he can't are people that have no clue what's going on during the game...they probably think that we just dribble down and ppl just happen to be standing there ready for passes.

Cal is one of the best coaches in the BIZ, and when K retires he will be the don of the game. He must keep coaching 6 or 7 years after K retires for this reason. I think he's ready for it.
I think some people don't think he's a GREAT "floor" coach, mainly because they disagree with some of the philosophy, not that they think he's not capable.
You must remember, no one is going to judge cal to mediocre coaches and average results like a lot of people want to do. They will judge him against the best in history.
