Travel across the country with freshman. Playing a team with sweet sixteen experience. #1 team who vs a team they humiliated last year. UCLA very hungry. I'm not all that surprised. We will be fine they need to learn and they need to get tougher. relax BBN

100% agreed, chill out. We will be fine and in March this will seem silly. This is the norm for a freshman team, especially when you lose Lee and Ulis is hurt. We will be a top 5 team at the end of the year with a chance at the trophy.

No excuses tonight. UCLA was the better team. Learn from our mistakes and get better. Briscoe was the man tonight. Impressed with Willis. I hope Cal will give him more opportunities going forward.

November losses don't bother me as much as March and April losses. Team needs to get as tough as Ulis.

Agree Willis stat line very good. Don't know about the defense yet.

At the end of the season UCLA can hang their "We beat no. 1 UK" while we hang #9 and inch one championship closer.

Why is Lee's injury so secretive, wth, does anybody know what happened if not, why don't we?

They didn't play well. I won't blame this loss on Lee and Ulis but it contributed. However, give UCLA credit, they deserved the win. It's December and we will get better.

I have watched replay 8 times in slow motion and Lee didn't show any signs of injury. He didn't grab a rebound it went off of bounds went to tv timeout come back and he is gone. I say Cal either sent him to dressing room or Lee got mad and went to dressing room

I agree, Lou. The UCLA game was an inexcusable loss by a U.K. team that was utterly out-coached. Period.

Since Lee still hasn't practiced since the game, this does look a bit fishy.

it is mysterious. none of us saw anything on replay and i have yet to hear a definitive explanation of his injury. if it is true that he hasn't practiced since that game it makes it even more mysterious.

Lee was smacked in the face on a layup. No foul called, didnt seem phased at all. After
TV timeout Lee is gone.
Nose bleed headache stated.
Never returned.
Hasnt practiced since. Thats 4-5 days.
Its fishy.
