wow......so reading over this thread, the ONLY way duke wins is by slanted officiating....

Hate to rain on your little theory but you are dead wrong. Surprised nobody stepped in to straighten you out, but I actually shouldn't be all that surprised' I guess. K did not pretend to FAINT (spelled it correctly for you). He had a serious back problem at the time and his back went out on him there. He was in severe pain and that is why he laid himself down gingerly. He had major back surgery soon after this. The guy could barely stand up for months after this and that is why he took the rest of the season off. I realize the Duke haters have always gone with the "He bailed on his team because they were having such a bad start to the season!" conspiracy theory but get real.
How will rat face adjust to the new rule of no flopping? Puke gets a technical now if they do that.
Not really. As I read the rule, they only do that if they see it when reviewing whether a foul was flagrant or not, like the Chris Jones situation. I don't think they can assess a technical if someone flops, even if it's blatant.
That's good news for Puke then. That's one of their coach's strategies. Coach Cal even called them out on it a few years ago.
Missed the final score by just a few points, but I knew Duke would have trouble scoring. If we rebound the ball on the defensive boards, its another Kansas blowout!!
