In her absurd and poorly reasoned anti-free speech opinion in the Missouri v. Biden case, Amy Coney Barrett repeatedly and egregiously misstated facts about illegal government censorship activities. So it’s not surprising to see her go along with an abominable decision made up out of thin air that ignores the Constitution, federal law, basic rules of standing and jurisdiction, and even her own precedents on the matter. What an embarrassment.
There’s something I find deeply funny about the SC justice they rushed through 30days before the election not ruling the way MAGA wants
Just maybe she isn't the yes person trump was hoping for when he got her on the SCOTUS.
Why do yall think the Supreme Court should give Trump or any other politicians anything they want? The Supreme Court isn't there to rubber stamp all things Trump.
We just want a justice that is honest and continues to make ruling consistent with their past history of rulings.

In other words, their rulings shouldn't consider if they will make maga happy or not...
I agree with the part about not worrying about MAGA..........or crazy dems threatening her and her family. It's al about the constitution.
I look at it this way … if a justice makes both the Right and the Left unhappy???? They are most likely doing the correct thing.

MAGA put ACB on the court for the sole purpose of taking away a woman’s right to choose and to ensure that we would have more back alley abortions and unwanted children in the country. Nothing more and nothing less. Once she accomplished that she had achieved her purpose.

I do find it funny MAGA is raging about the justice they pushed through 2 weeks before the election, though.
Shes either compromised or was a sleeper agent who fooled the conservatives to get the seat.

I kinda like Justice Barrett. For a former law professor, she has a wonderful sense of practicality and normalcy. She is a perfectly fine constitutionalist
I think all they cared about was overturning Roe. They didn’t consider that ACB’s deep religious beliefs would also cause her to vote against Trump on a lot of things.
Don't get your panties all bunched up. ACB has ruled for conservatives much more often than she has ruled for liberals.

Or is actually trying to impartially interpret the law. I know, funny thing for a SC justice to do.
I said in another thread … if a justice is pissing everybody off, they must be doing a great job.
