Who was running the country into the ground?
"The dems are trash."A national disgrace. The dems are trash.
That's what I'm saying.
What a rat. I hope he lives long enough to pay for his crimes.
Emails Uncover Biden Was In On The Takedown Of Trump Very Early On
The Biden White House, it turns out, was deeply involved with the National Archives and the Justice Department in the case against Donald Trump regarding classified documents. This involvement laid the groundwork for the federal case against Trump, which was ultimately dismissed. The nonprofit America First Legal released emails obtained through a lawsuit, revealing this collaboration.
Back in September 2021, Jonathan Su, then-Deputy White House Counsel, was in discussions with the National Archives about boxes allegedly held by Trump. These talks delayed the National Archives from referring the matter to the Justice Department until the White House made a “special access request” the following year.
America First Legal stated on social media that these emails confirm the case against Trump was a “sham prosecution” with the Biden White House’s involvement from the outset.
The legal proceedings focused on accusations that Trump took classified documents to his Mar-a-Lago residence after losing the 2020 election. America First Legal emphasized that the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago wasn’t about securing documents but rather about using the Justice Department against Trump. On September 15, 2022, Gary Stern, NARA’s general counsel, informed colleagues that Su was updated on the missing boxes issue.
Stern wrote that Su was open to meetings involving various parties and mentioned the need for access to notes from the prior administration. This required making a special access request. The National Archives chose not to send a letter to the DOJ due to ongoing discussions between the White House and Trump’s legal team.
The collaboration between Trump’s team and the National Archives was seen as potentially clarifying or resolving the document issue. However, Trump’s team argued the documents rightfully belonged to him, resisting the requests to hand them over. America First Legal argued that the Biden administration’s actions were a pretext for an FBI-led raid at Mar-a-Lago.
Reports from 2022 highlighted how the Biden White House worked closely with the Justice Department and the National Archives to spark the criminal investigation into Trump’s handling of documents.
The White House nullified Trump’s claims to executive privilege, allowing the FBI to examine evidence from his Florida estate. This marked a significant boost to the investigation’s momentum.
The emails suggest a strategic delay by the National Archives in involving the DOJ due to the active communication with Trump’s legal team. Trump’s cooperation was initially seen as possibly resolving the matter without a larger investigation. Yet, the Biden administration’s later actions suggest a calculated approach to involve federal law enforcement.
You have blinders on dude. Not even including the Infrastructure bill and the Chips Act that have created the thousands of new jobs, the Inflation Reduction Act has created hundreds of thousands of high-paying jobs in mostly red states and that number will be in the millions by the end of the decade. In other words, he has vastly improved the quality of life for people like you, who hate his guts for imaginary reasons. That's fine but you are dead-*** wrong that he didn't do anything to benefit Americans.I apologize in advance, but Joe Biden always was/is/will be a piece of human trash. There is nothing that POS did for anyone other than himself or his family.
A national disgrace. The dems are trash.
I can't believe you actually poke your little bird chest out about this. The guy is a POS--end of story. Not to mention he is a f*cking cadaver. Any of that ******** might as well be claimed because he didn't do it.You have blinders on dude.
