You didnt use logic to form your opinion. You just listened to the worst president in Modern American history when he lied right to your face.

Its sad and you should feel bad.
What logic did you use confucius? You made a point blank statement and I responded with my point blank statement. You are wrong and I am right and its very simple. You are blinded by TDS and love of your tribe to come out on top even when it destroys the nation. I am open to you showing me how he fomented an insurrection though. Please go ahead and prove it. Right away though it was not illegal or an insurrection for them to legally challenge those election results in the congressional chambers, but that was never able to occur due to the false flag staged J6 event.

January 6 was a false flag? Yikes. Have a good one!

Your guy was impeached twice, voted out of office, and is now getting arrested this week. What a pathetic loser of a potus hahahahahahaha

You are so deep in the left wing communist fantasy that you have no idea what I am talking about. Thats fine with me. You are free to live your life and believe what you want just as I am also free to do the same. We are an occupied nation at this time and unfortunately a very sizeable portion of our population is hypnotized and asleep. Its called mass formation psychosis and it occurred in Germany when Hitler took over.

If you are not afraid to challenge your belief systems then this is a good thread describing how it all went down on J6 using facts and logic.

Then Vance opines that this will cause President Trump to win in a landslide in 2024.

But why does this not scare Democrats or prevent them from acting like communist tyrants?

The reason is that the Democrats know that they are going to win the next election. They don’t know who will win, they don’t yet know the name of the Democrat winner, they just know they will win.
Communist leader Lenin stole elections in Russia and then after multiple elections, the election process was over.
That is what communists do.

Affinity Partners reached a deal...not Jared Kushner. Affinity Partners is a huge company. Kushner is already rich separate from Trump money and there is no evidence of Trump being involved at all.

None of these silly arguments work at all.

Go ahead and document this for us to see with some proof. You are saying for the record that Kushner used promise of US resource, contract, markets to get BILLIONS in payments from the saudis so show me. I have never heard this. Was he sharing some profits with Trump? How did Trump's net worth drop a BILLION from 2016 to 2020 then based on this. Go ahead and prove you are not just stupid and throwing **** out on the board.

I second that request

Where I come from it is put up when asked or shut up

Lies and FAKE NEWS flat out. I will challenge blatant lies all day every day and twice on Sunday.

Let me ask the question in this way

Obama Biden Hillary Clinton and a cabal of leftist Democrats created a plot to overthrow the candidate , then elected , then sworn in President of the US in the 2016 elections

Sedition and treason is punishable by death

I am all in favor od bringing up the cabal on charges as soon as the conservatives retake power

Let the unbiased judicial system that I believe in try them judge them and punish them

Impossible to think the religious right will vote for him then. Remember only liberals have double standards like that. Conservatives are very consistent in their thinking. No way being arrested for hush monies paid to cheat on his wife would fly with that group.
If morals alone dictate how a person should vote, most presidents in our recent past, and I would guess all of history, would have gotten nary a vote.

I love how the left uses religion whenever it might help their cause. Very few people "like" Donald Trump. But they love the fact ,he changed the Supreme Court for years to come.

Ordinarily, such a charge would be considered a misdemeanor and come with a two-year statue of limitation.

By Ben Whedon
Updated: March 18, 2023 - 11:27pm
Former President Donald Trump on Saturday shocked the world with an announcement that he expects to be arrested Tuesday in connection with an ongoing investigation by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, a case legal scholars have suggested has a questionable legal basis.
The investigation involves Trump's 2016 alleged payment of $130,000 in hush money to Stormy Daniels via his former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, whom he later reimbursed.
While Bragg has not announced specific charges, legal scholars such as George Washington University Professor Jonathan Turley are predicting an indictment for falsifying business records under New York Section 175. Such a charge would likely be based on Trump's labeling his reimbursement of Cohen as a legal expense.
Trump's attorney, Joe Tacopina has argued that Trump's payment to Cohen was in fact a legitimate legal fee. Trump, he noted, never directly paid Daniels any money. Rather, he only paid his own lawyer for services rendered, i.e. legal fees.
"The payments were made to a lawyer, not to Stormy Daniels," Tacopina said last week on MSNBC. "The payments were made to Donald Trump's lawyer, which would be considered legal fees. Michael Cohen ... was his lawyer at the time and advised him that this was the proper way to do this to protect himself and his family from embarrassment. It's as simple as that."
The host then argued that the money Trump paid to Cohen went to Stormy Daniels and was therefore not a legal fee.
"It went to Stormy Daniels from Michael Cohen," the Trump attorney countered. "He decided he was going to do it this way and asked for the reimbursement of what he billed as legal fees. That is not a crime."
Ordinarily, such a charge would be considered a misdemeanor subject to a two-year statute of limitation, meaning Bragg cannot pursue it solely on this basis. Bragg does, however, have the discretion to convert it into a Class E felony, if he can prove that Trump's alleged "intent to defraud involved further criminal intent to either hide the commission of another crime or to assist in the commission of that other crime," according to Saland Law.
In order to meet even the threshhold standard for prosecution, Bragg would therefore need to argue that Trump falsified business records concealing his reported "hush money" payment to Daniels with the intent to conceal another crime.
As a hush money payment to ensure silence about an affair would not be illegal in and of itself, Bragg's case would likely hinge on a possible campaign finance violation. If Cohen's payment to Daniels constituted an illegal campaign contribution, then the falsification of records would have concealed an underlying crime, providing legal predicate for a Class E felony charge of first degree falsifying business records. Trump would face up to four years in prison if convicted on the charge.
Bragg, therefore, needs to demonstrate that the payments occurred specifically with the intent to affect the election, a prospect Turley called "extremely difficult," given the myriad other legitimate reasons Trump might have for wanting to keep an alleged affair out of the spotlight.
Tacopina argues that the payment was not an illegal campaign contribution, both because Trump used his own money and because he would have made the payment regardless of whether he was running for president.
"This is Donald Trump paying with his own money," he told MSNBC. "Here's the bright line test, and here's where this case falls miserably ... If the spending were the fulfillment of a commitment or the expenditure would exist irrespective of a campaign, it's not a campaign law violation.
"End of story. This would exist irrespective of the campaign."
Characterizing the payment as a "nuisance settlement," Tacopina explained that people make such payments to make embarrassing problems disappear but that does not mean the claims are valid, noting his client "vehemently denies an affair."
Trump has labeled the case a political witch hunt, a claim he has often made of various legal actions against him. In this case, major legal scholars appear sympathetic to that argument.
Turley dubbed the possible trial a "prosecution by plebiscite," referring to the political pressure on Bragg to bring a case.
"The season opener of 'America’s Got Trump' might be a guaranteed hit with its New York audience — but it should be a flop as a prosecution," he concluded.
Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz last week likened a potential Trump prosecution to Jim Crow-era legal tactics in which prosecutors predetermine a target's guilt and then find a charge on which to prosecute.
Writing in his Substack newsletter, Dershowitz, a member of Trump's defense team during his first impeachment trial, asked, "Does anyone actually believe that if someone else were accused of paying hush money to avoid a sex scandal in the manner that Mr. Trump is suspected of doing, he would be prosecuted?"
The former president "should not be indicted for novel and unprecedented technical crimes for which no one else would be prosecuted," he wrote.
Decrying "partisan selective prosecution," the renowned civil liberties lawyer concluded: "Equal protection of the law requires equal application and non-application of criminal statutes. Mr. Bragg would be violating that important principle if he seeks a grand jury indictment based on what now appears to be the slim evidence and even slimmer legal basis."

That's not a request to cheat doofus.
It's a criminal attempt to overthrow a free and fair election. The fact that you give him a pass, even for this, makes you a dangerous imbecile, devoid of any decency, morality or ability to discern right from wrong. Knowing that this criminal pig turned so many of you into corrupt, culty traitors is absolute confirmation that he should never see office again.

LOONEY!! At minimum Trump already knew they did no signature verification on all the copied fake ballots they were pulling out down there. Historically before 2020 signature verification was a regular lawful thing to do, but now under the leftward communist bizarro world its insurrection to complain if rampant cheating occurs according to you leftwards. We found out later that it was much more than just lack of signature verification but that was known right away.

Identity of Monday’s Surprise Witness Testifying Before NY Grand Jury Revealed – President Trump Says Witness Will Supposedly Present “Conclusive and Irrefutable” Evidence Clearing Him

By Cullen Linebarger Mar. 19, 2023 6:15 pm

It once appeared certain that President Donald Trump was set to be arrested and marched away in handcuffs Tuesday. Now this may not happen at all.
As TGP’s Joe Hoft has reported, Trump’s indictment is on hold until one more witness testifies.
Trump calls the man a “highly respected lawyer.” He says the witness supposedly has “conclusive and irrefutable” evidence totally exonerating him.
The lawyer also once represented disgraced felon Michael Cohen, who may testify Monday as well.

Thanks to Redstate.com and Insider, America now knows the identity of this critical witness. His name is Robert Costello, who has represented Rudy Giuliani and Steve Bannon in addition to Cohen.
Here is the news from RedState.com:
Is Trump getting arrested on Tuesday or not? Things seemed all but certain when the former president put out a post on Saturday affirmatively saying that was going to happen. In it, he also called for people to take to the streets and protest the Manhattan District Attorney targeting him. The implication was that his attorneys had already been notified.
By that evening, another all-caps post was put out by Trump, again seeming to confirm his tenuous position and what was coming. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, news dropped that greatly muddied the waters. According to RedState’s reporting, the indictment hasn’t technically been voted on.
Who is this witness? According to Insider (the site that initially broke the news of the indictment not being final), it’s Robert Costello, who has represented Steve Bannon and Rudy Giuliani..
Monday’s surprise grand jury witness in the New York “hush-money” investigation into Donald Trump is Giuliani lawyer Robert Costello, a source familiar with the investigation confirmed to Insider.
Star prosecution witness Michael Cohen is also making himself available Monday, in case Manhattan prosecutors decide to call him before the grand jury to give rebuttal testimony, Cohen told Insider.
News that as many as two witnesses — Costello and Cohen — may now need to testify before the grand jury can vote provides new clues to the timing for any indictment.

Comer said he thought it was odd that this took place THE DAY AFTER Congress released proof that the Biden family was paid millions by the China regime in secret deals not reported by the criminal family.

Comer also announced the Oversight Committee has bank records on 11 more illicit Biden family business deals.

Rep. James Comer: Well, it’s very odd that this would come out just the very next day after I revealed bank records which showed that the Biden family, the President in particular, hasn’t been truthful with respect to his family receiving payments directly from the Chinese Communist Party. So it almost looks like it’s an effort to detract, but at the very least, it’s another example of a two-tier system of justice. Look, we’ve been looking into these classified documents. We saw the FBI rated Mar-a-Largo for one set of supposedly mishandled classified documents, but yet Joe Biden had at least five different locations of mishandled classified documents, and they give him days and days to go in and clean up with his attorney. So this looks to me like it’s another example of a two-tier system of justice at the DOJ.
Comer announces more evidence against the Biden Crime Family.

Rep. James Comer: There are many more. Maria, this is one deal. We think there are as many as eleven more deals. Now, we don’t know what those deals were for… In the beginning, the White House denied having any knowledge, or the fact that their family was involved in any sort of way, shape, or form with the CCP. But now we have bank records that reveal otherwise. We don’t know what the Bidens did in return for this money. The lawyer said that it was “seed capital for a business.” We haven’t been able to find a business, Maria.
What an interview!

Levin pointed out that this is the latest piece of evidence that the Democrat Party’s goal is to destroy civil society. This is the mission of the Democrat Party.

Mark Levin: When the people lose faith in the law the country is done. The people are losing faith in the law because the Democrat Party and the Democrat prosecutors in Manhattan, the Soros prosecutor want them to lose faith in the law. Their whole goal is to destroy the civil society and the morality that undergirds it. That is the mission of the Democrat Party.
Mark Levin added later in the interview that American citizens are ALREADY living under a soft tyranny where Democrats are not prosecuted while Republicans are thrown in prison and charged with made-up crimes.
