If a man can say that and still be elected president, I can't think of a poorer reflection of this nation's soul.
We can't all be moral beacons like Clinton, who used his position as the most powerful man in the world to influence a young intern less than half his age and barely old enough to have a glass of wine, give him a blow job in the oval office while his wife was right down the hall. Granted, even at just 22 yrs old, Monica was probably considerably older than the girls he used with Epstein on the island. Hypocrisy much?
For the record, I think Trump is a huge scumbag. That doesn't mean I would not vote for him. I have multiple friends I would not vote for if they were on the ballot because I disagree with their politics, even though they are good people. If you vote for someone based on whether you like them rather than if you think they will make the best decisions for the country, then you are just not very bright. Ideally, I would prefer a candidate with both like and agree with their policies. If I have to chose, though, my vote goes to who I align with more on policy.
I spent most of Trump's term thankful he won while simultaneously wanting to punch him in the face. I wish I was doing that now and we wouldn't have man who is not mentally capable of answering questions from the press making decisions that influence the (somewhat) free world. Which is worse for a president, being mean or having so little mental capacity that you can't answer questions from a group of people made up of mostly people who voted for you? When your staff literally has to pull the plug and cut the power off in the middle of a sentence to silence the potus, we have some serious, serious problems. I don't mean that as a joke. That should scare the crap out of every American.
