OP - I just read about a study in the UK where they are pushing the 2nd dose out to 12 weeks, and they said if you were healthy when you got the 1st shot, you still have robust antibodies even at week 12 after 1st shot. If you were ill when you got the first shot, then not so much, however, after getting 2nd shot, even the sick people started seeing robust antibodies.

Food for thought

After trying for weeks I finally got my elderly parents and Mother in law appointments up here at a mass vax site in Maryland. It’s been a absolute show up here getting appointments.

all I want now is for a government and allies to send f’n China’s economy into the Stone Age. F* them.

Thanks man. Just wondering their reasoning behind pushing back the second shot from 4 weeks to 12 weeks?
In the UK, things were initially so bad, they decided to go this route to get as many people the initial vaccine versus making people wait to get the first one while others were already getting their second.

Tried to schedule this morning and closest place to get an appointment was Spartanburg (I am in Seneca). I will get the vaccine, but not driving 1:45 each way to get it. Doing some travelling in late April and easier than having to get tested all over the place to get back into the States.

Try the Ingles in West Union. I stopped in randomly last week and they had 2 appointments available for the next day

Enjoy the 3rd eye OP.
Think I’m gonna get one of them once it makes it to my age group.
sorry for being an ***, but i thought people's opinions being all over the place on this was well covered by now, especially by people on here as much as you and I..

Go easy. OP realizes that the TI board is the source of all knowledge!

I read something awhile back that said 95% of historical vaccine side effects occur during the first 2 months after getting it and almost none occur years down the line. I think if there were anything significant we would have heard about it by now considering hundreds of millions of people have now received at least a dose around the world.

Glad to see all these MAGA folks getting vaccinated over something that’s just a cold, fake, and will go away Nov 6 2020.
You were doing so well the past two months.

Wtf happened in this thread that made you feel like you had to stick that knife in. Wouldn’t want anyone to find common ground on an issue.. ******* insufferable, both sides.

I hope people have learned their lesson. You can support the President and Country....and still think that what they are telling you is false.

Those of you wanting the vaccine, ingles, Publix, cvs etc are your best bet. Go to the pharmacy and just ask. Tell them you live close by and can show up quickly if they ever have extras.

Cool.

Tbf, I did legitimately miss the context of that post. I saw that as an isolated post, not part of whatever th you and tremer were talking about. My b.

Try again. It’s there.
What you were implying is not out there. Has there been mrna research for more than a decade? Yes more than two decades I think. However, there are ZERO other approved mrna vaccines at all and thus none that have had long term studies. There is plenty of information from other mrna studies and the trials specifically for moderna vaccine to feel pretty confident in the fact we have enough info about short term side effects. It appears, however, that we have ZERO information about possible long term side effects.
If you know of another vaccine that has been studied long term like you claim, please let me know.

mRNA vaccines work fine at first but then begin to trigger mutations 3-5 years after taking them. Some people will develop sudden death syndrome while others will die of what appear to be natural causes. 20% will die, the remaining 60% will be moved into FEMA camps. The healthy people will have their organs harvested and the weaker members of society will be forced into slavery for Apple and other mega corporations. Trump was our last hope to fight this off. The battle is all but lost

I was fortunate enough to get a call on Tuesday off of a waiting list I put myself on just a day earlier that was part of a vaccine “waste prevention program.” They needed me to come in within the hour, so I didn’t have a ton of time to research the negatives or potential long term side effects of the Moderna vaccine. I just called my doctor real quick and talked to a few people in my family and felt it was God telling me to go take the vaccine.

I’m not looking to get freaked out by being told by an anti vaccine person that I might get some Neurological disease down the road. But what are the potential long term issues versus the long term issues of getting Covid? I’m young-ish and healthy, and my logic was I have never had issues with vaccines before and that this protection would allow me to resume semi normal activity again. Also as skeptical as I am of our government, I just thought to myself “surely they and these companies wouldn’t be recklessly pushing this vaccine on the entire population if it was going to cause serious problems for people down the road.”

Do I have to take the second shot to fully risk long term negative side effects?

‘’I took the moderna vaccine and get My 2nd shot next week. Just a sore arm is all.

You felt god was telling you to take the vaccine? People who say **** like that and actually believe it couldn’t be more strange.
