And that most every and any kind of thread pulls in extremes from all sides, where there can never be consensus.......

Why start a thread like this? Knowing idiots on here are going to make more of it, for fun. The sad thing is, we can't see these posters as God can see them. Would like to be a fly on some of your wall's to see just how much more embarrassing you are in private than some fat person in public. Some of you are pathetic. Can't believe some even posted in the Easter thread or liked anything related to Christ being spoken of in it. He died for all. My father's side is small and my mother's side was small. I'm 5'9 140. I feel I'm too skinny, and know I am. But who cares, my heart is all that matters. I know some overweight people try to take advantage of the battery operated carts in Wal-Mart and it gets me, but this is just a bash them thread. Don't respond like this is a conservative vs liberal thread. They are human.

I, too, took note(s) of posters and comments and still need to finish it up. But, thinking the same way maybe, I would like to see us all live out some of those type of comments.
This may not be the last you hear of that thread.

Yet, just like this thread, there were left field, borderline mean things said.

I, too, took note(s) of posters and comments and still need to finish it up. But, thinking the same way maybe, I would like to see us all live out some of those type of comments.

We all fail, but if you have the love of Jesus. The way people look wouldn't be a problem. I know we all joke at times on here, but there is a fine line between joking and what's really in your heart. I have problems with people, but also have problems with myself. That's where it starts, to be able to see people for what they are. Accept Christ and it will humble you. He will even deal with you over jokes made on here. But of course many know of him, not knowing him.

So I started working at 14. I put myself through college Bachelors in Business and Psychology. I worked in the same place for 25 years. As a middle aged adult was diagnosed with a severe progressive muscle myopathy. The disease slows metabolism and due to muscle atrophy cause severe inactivity. And this is my fault? I should be responsible for 100% of my healthcare? You have some compassion for me? I would rather be disabled/overweight than an arrogant prick any day

I'm supportive of unpreventable preexisting conditions being excluded from my rating proposal. You would fall into that category.

And I'm not saying obese folks should directly pay for all of their personal healthcare. I'm saying that health insurance companies should be able to use rating tables to ensure their rates match their risk.
