Yep, 'Bad to the bone' George Thorogood will be playing River Spirit casino, March 4th.

If you've never seen him, he does a hella show. Usually 2+ hours.
Good stuff.:cool:

Saw him Bad Company and Edgar Winter in Tulsa when I was a kid at Mohawk park. First concert. It was bad to the bone.

I had a friend that day that took us an hour or so to find. He went down in front of the band and when everyone was passing he was putting out and putting in his pockets. I bet he had a QP by the time we found him. Guy who drove told him he wasn't putting that in his car. He thought for a while before dumping it on someone else. Lol.

It just hit me...that was the one where two pretty good looking, but toasted babes took off their tops, for about 2 minutes.
Cops promptly hauled them off to the cool down tent.
Fun while it lasted.;)

Watched his show years ago(79 or 80) when I worked at the Boomer Theater in Norman. Guarded the backstage from the riff raff:).......Great Show.....along with the Delaware Destroyers of course...nice guy as well and very personable and he left everything on stage. Energetic axeman...
