It's really a non issue. He was arrested for failure to appear for a forgotten traffic ticket. He didn't get drunk, have drugs, and thank goodness didn't assault anyone.

'Rumor Mill' says Jordan has an unpaid $300 Speeding Ticket. NCAA prohibits Work during the Season, so he may be short of 'Whip Out'...

He has definitely proved that he is a 'Difference Maker'...Hope he simply gets his hands spanked and a Deferment on his day in court. Also, hope he is well advised and is wise enough not to take an offer of $$...

OU needs all hands on deck now and this comes....or could come....at a real bad time as Thomas is our best DB. Hope it is resolved quickly and without a suspension.

Nothing criminal but I doubt he just forgot a $321.00 ticket.

I don't know..."address it internally" seems like he'll play but serve a 1 game suspension next year (if at all) and/or be running the stadium stairs for a while.

It's not a criminal issue - shouldn't even be in the public's view. Only because he plays football for OU.

Being jailed for past due speeding ticket is a little harsh. Must be an OSU alum judge?

It's Chickasha. I lived there for two years and I'm glad I got out. When they arrested him, they probably said, "You're in a heap-a trouble boy".

Jordan's Response:

Well, that's just not right regardless who it is. Revoke the license and make a person pay the fine. Only if they are caught driving with a revoked license should there be jail time. Must not be too much crime in Chickasha or either a lot of police personnel that has the time to go around arresting traffic offenders.

Trust me. Chickasha is a pit. Even Buford T. Justice hates Chickasha.

Man that sounds truly harsh, good thing it wasn't Dez Bryant, he would have gone ape crap on them. Poor kid, I bet he has learned now.
