ACC replay booth just totally bailed out Miami on what seemed to be an absolute dead on targeting call.

That being said, Cal has blown a 20 point 4th quarter lead and are up 38-32 with 47 seconds left. Miami has the ball 3rd & 20 on the Cal 25.

I thought it looked like targetting as well, but Cal was also outscored 29-3 in the final 18 minutes of the game. They had plenty of opportunities to put that one away, regardless of officiating.

100%… Cal seemed to play a little lax in the 4th quarter. They had Miami on a couple of 4th and longs and played really soft coverage and let them get the first. They blew it for sure.
