Strange sighting today. Mike Tomlin was hatless and without sunglasses. I’m not sure I have seen him without either before?

Wild story. Supposedly he was doing 100 in a 35, right next to the stadium; either running late or way too hopped up on his own ego before the game. Regardless, that’s a felony. They can arrest you and haul you off; most of the time they don’t and just issue some massive fine on the spot. No idea what transpired after they pulled him over, but Hill isn’t known for his great decision making…

I’m drinking some Scotch with an old friend in Dusseldorf. Bunnahabhain. I never turn down a drink while in Europe, matter of principle. I did this once forty years ago and have regretted it ever since. Long story, some other time.

Edit My wife spent her senior year of high school as a foreign exchange student in Essen. She’s kept in touch with some fine people and we’re visiting with some of them now.
