From what I’ve seen they’re expecting an active gulf track this year.

From what I’ve seen they’re expecting an active gulf track this year.

A well above average season is expected both in total number of tropical systems, number of hurricanes, and major hurricanes. This is typical of a La Niña season which we are in but a lot more goes into it. Just have to see how it plays out. Last year the Atlantic was fighting a Saharan dust layer most of the season.
