Take the points. If they get stuffed, it stops momentum and the 49ers get the ball to start the second half with some momentum. If the Niners score, it’s a much closer game.

Does anyone remember Jameson Williams playing for Ohio State before he transferred to Alabama?

A clearly talented player that exemplifies just how deep the rosters are at the Big Boys.

Plus it makes it a 3-score game. The extra possession (and score needed) is significant. If it was a 13 point lead, I think Campbell goes for the TD.

He was injured prior to getting drafted. I wanted the Bills to take a chance on him, he is a burner and can stretch the field.

I don’t think he played much at OSU. Stuck behind Smith-Nijgba and a few others.

How did the Lion DB not make that INT? The ball hit him in the face, and the Niners' WR catches the rebound and is down at the Lions' 4. smh

The SF td is why they should have tried the FG kick. I want Detroit, but I think they’re toast now

I agree with kicking the FG in that situation (though the Lions have been going on 4th down all year).

I wouldn't agree that the Lions are toast. Most football games have times when a team is rolling, and times when they are reeling. The Lions are having a tough 3rd qtr, but there's still a lot of time for them to regain their composure and either stop the Niners or score again.

Back when I used to moderate a gambling forum, we used to have a few guys that would make similar comments…they inevitably left after they lost their *** with that sure-fire way to get rich.

The Lions don’t have the pedigree or the self confidence to punch back. The RB gets the ball stripped. The WR & TE both drop two gimme passes, the DT allow a 5’ 10” QB to slip out of his grip resulting in a 49er 1st down. This is why I said they should have gone for the TD when they had the ball on the 2 yard line.
