Everyone says Beamer is. What qualifies? What are the measurables? Can’t be graduation rates now. Is it just wins and losses?

There's only one parameter: getting all the right people together and keeping them together long enough to make an impact.

The people who do that win double digits games; the people who don't line up with their heads bowed and shoulders slumped to congratulate the people who do.

This right here. The CFB HC position is going to become less and less about X and Os. HBC didn't care for recruiting. NIL/Portal would have destroyed him if it came about when he was here. Gotta get the right staff around you, and keep your good players for at least 2 years.
