Well I was hoping to crank the hog tonight but this put me out of the mood
Win is a win. I think it will be less stressful for people when they accept some realities about this team. They’re a pretty good team. They haven’t shown anything that makes me think they’ll be great. That’s one man’s opinion though. They look like a 9-11 loss round of 32ish team. Maybe Sweet 16 ceiling. About like Tubby’s 2006/07 teams. I’ll keep watching and hoping they make me look dumb (wouldn’t be the first time)
I don't disagree. And I don't expect him to be perfect but he's got to hit shots; open or not.

Exactly and the game let us see other players step up. Both MMs played bad, still won.
Diallo injured? Didn't play at all last 10 plus minutes. Certainly a fat lip wasn't the reason.

Well…we held them to 40 and 33% shooting. Not terrible. Should have crushed them on the boards and didn’t. And only forced 7 turnovers.
Rebounding was an issue on paper. And it’s an issue in game. That’s kind of an important part of the game. Like…wayyyy up there. You can’t be a mediocre to bad rebounding team and be taken seriously. I don’t make the rules

If your a 25 pt favorite, you should not need much help from the refs..
In my view, you are closer to being right, than wrong. A pretty good team, but not talented enough to do special things in March.
How many 21 and 22 year olds do you think don’t act like kids. Hell most play video games not stop.
Zoom, Williams, Wilkins, Milan, McBride is realistically our best lineup. Moreno is just a statue. Hawthorne deserves to be 6th man.
Play 9 of the 10 that played tonight. Kepnang stinks. Just play the more athletic guys go small and launch 3 after 3. The D isn't good and I highly doubt it improves all that much. Going to have to live by the 3 and die by the 3 and try to win high scoring games. Kepnang should not see the floor go small when Moreno sits. I would cut N'Diaye's minutes a lot as well. Play the other 8 the majority of the minutes.

I think people just want an even whistle. We shouldnt need home cooking against this team. But they got the underdog whistle down the stretch and that’s probably all that kept it from getting to 20+.
Long rebounds will do that, smaller quicker players have an advantage there
I could care less what the " spread" is. I despise having Milo standing in the corner on about half of our offensive possessions. I don't think we defend the 3 well because of the stinking " help" defense we play. We have alot of talent but we have MUCH work to do.

Sadly, UK basketball hasn't had me stressed in the last 5 years.
Have seen too many Ferrari's turned into Pintos to get stressed.
It's possibly our five best players. A better answer is for Moreno to play better but if he doesn't then your lineup may be the best option.

Zoom, Wilkins, Mason and Kam, Milan, McBride, Moreno and Hawthorne. Those 8 should get the majority of the minutes. All but Moreno are capable of hitting a 3. Kepnang and N'Diaye should only see spot minutes for foul trouble. D stinks with or without those 2. Just play smaller lineups most of the time. Live and die by the 3 try to win high scoring shootouts.

Yep and he should. Kam will eventually take nearly all of N'Diaye's minutes as the 8th guy.
