You do remember Phillips lost the ball just the week before? So did Hank, McNeil, James, Jackson, and Vander Zee.With Moulton out, and X has had fumbling issues, we NEED production from him.
I have heard/read several football analysts say the hawk running backs, and even BJackson when he fumbled after a catch and nice run, need to stop the 180-360 degree spin moves as they are being wrapped up (which us when X had both his first fumbles of the year). Jackson against Minny was trying to stretch out for every inch while being tackled. Ball security first. These people say there are times they have to go for the extra foot or so but know when that is which means not on a first down runWith Moulton out, and X has had fumbling issues, we NEED production from him.
I think you mean Cedric Shaw. Or maybe you don't. First guy I think of was Cedric...ARob made his money on the spin move
first guy I thought of as well.I think you mean Cedric Shaw. Or maybe you don't. First guy I think of was Cedric...
It's funny, Ol' Doodle mentioned this exact thing to several friends at the game. The last (and maybe only) guy who made an art form out of frequently spinning for extra yards without being a chronic fumbler was our all-time leading rusher. Other than Sed, that spinning whirling dervish stuff that perhaps works so well for guys in HS ball will almost assuredly become a net negative at this level and beyond.I have heard/read several football analysts say the hawk running backs, and even BJackson when he fumbled after a catch and nice run, need to stop the 180-360 degree spin moves as they are being wrapped up (which us when X had both his first fumbles of the year). Wouldn't that put him on the INJURY LIST tho???Good question...hopefully not the ankle again.
No. I would imagine the depth chart is a typo. Its happened already this year where someone was left off.Wouldn't that put him on the INJURY LIST tho???
Kevin Harmon was the spin king.ARob made his money on the spin move
Well the thing about Sed Shaw was that most all defenders hardly got a hold of him. He was definitely a whirling dervishIt's funny, Ol' Doodle mentioned this exact thing to several friends at the game.
