Concord

Why would anyone leave NW for CHS, that makes absolutely no sense. Leave decent talent for a 1 win team. Come on!

I think personally there some folks who want him gone at NWC so I mean realistically does it make sense to leave - No but if he still wants to be a HC n they want him gone then he may look at his options

100% agree. Why would he leave NW for Koncord. I seen their JV team this year and they were bad.

Concord should tap into their alumni base. Someone who has a passion for the school to give them an injection of energy into the process. It's going to take a lot to get it going and that buy in is necessary.

Theirs a guy that’s applied before that fits this bill. He just started a new job last year though.

Charlie Gray who is on staff would be perfect for that job. Gray has the resume to back it up. I really think Concord does not realize the gem they have in Coach Gray. He has been on state championship staff's and has worked with some of the top coaches in this state. He is not a flashy guy that goes around talking about what he has done as a coach. He has a son that plays pro baseball the question is will he have time or even want to take time to be an hc again.

I agree. He's a good coach.
