Head to head is why they are ahead. Even with the extra loss it's hard to ignore the 32-0 *** whooping in the second half. Very happy with 6th. Was curious to see where UK/UCLA would fall. Think they got it right our resume is better even with 1 loss.

this should have 1000 replies already. One of biggest nights in UK football and we got absolutely hosed.
But I LOVE IT… will stein gets to keep preaching that no one believes in us.
This is absolutely a favor done for us by the committee ahead of maybe the biggest game in the last 75 years.

Great news. So can we now stop talking about the stupid AP poll? That was just time wasted worrying about nothing.

Turns out we’re sitting quite fine in the ONLY rankings that actually matter.

it’s actually the opposite. Very telling they have us at 6 when our resume screams top 4.

It tells me we have ZERO chance of being a 3 loss team to get in and have to worry about being a 2 loss team.

we should be ahead of bama. And Indiana.
I’ll be curious to see if we move ahead of bama if we both win this weekend. If we don’t it’s all because of helmet logo.

Whatever you say. We have the 2nd strength of record in the country. 8th strength of schedule. It’s not exaggerating at all. The entire sec has beaten one another so to award a two loss team above us when we have multiple top 25 wins is asinine.

Well the good news is all we have to do is win 3 of our last 4 and we are gonna be a top 8 team.

It takes a rather negative life outlook to be unhappy about this. Tonight is the first time UK has ever appeared in one these CFP projections ..and in a damn respectable spot. It’s a big moment for the program, so enjoy it.

And, fwiw, I absolutely agree that we should be above Bama. But that seems a minor thing to quibble about right now. It’ll sort itself out before the season is done.

Enjoying the ride for sure but hard to not imagine where Stein has this program the next several years 😎. I definitely see us becoming “that” school for recruits going forward.

Bewildered that someone could be incensed about this. For one thing, not much difference in 5-8. For two, UK being considered the 6th best team in America is something that I doubt anyone except maybe some major Looney tunes saw coming. For three, 6 is ******* good. There is a world where there's so many doubters that have so little faith in Kentucky that they'd still have us AP 11-15 even with only the one loss and still being barely talked about as a playoff hopeful.

Awesome and well earned. What's the chances of Football making final 4 before Mark Pope can? Saturday will be the biggest CATS vs VOLS game in my lifetime.

Rent free in your head.

#11 is a fair spot. They lose to Miami, they're in trouble.
If notre dame loses wonder if theyll pout and skip out of whatever bowl they'd go to like they did last yr.

Remember when georgia went undefeated, then lost to a 1 loss bama in the sec championship, missed the playoffs bc of it then instead of pouting, Kirby said, well you have to win. So then they beat the breaks off FSU by like 50 in their bowl.

Its just unfathomable that every p4 gets to schedule 3 ooc games and notre dame gets to schedule 6 and yet they continue to pretend beating Navy is impressive

Nice, but this is meaningless unless we beat TN. I could see us flipping ranking with them if they beat us. We win & I think we finish in top 8.

We have got to find a way to beat Tennessee and keep this momentum going, whatever it takes. The dirty orange must go down!
