Our first official game is Tuesday and we should beat Manhattan. Hopefully its a slaughter.

Base off how we played our 3 Exhibition Games what do you think is our realistic win record this year? Not the ceiling, just how many wins do you think we will actually get?

This is just for the season. Nothing Post Season.

I assigned probabilities (of winning) to all 32 games. The highest being 8 home cupcake games at 95%, and the lowest being 35% at Florida. I had the opponent favored in only 3 games (all road games, UF, Vandy, UT). I had 11 games at 50/50 or just above (55/45 or 60/40). The cumulative estimated record from all of that comes out to 23.0 - 9.0.

We start the season with 2 gimme wins. I think we go 18-10 for the regular season. So 16 more after these two gimmes.

19 to 22 wins seems most realistic. Get a Thursday start in the SEC tournament, lose on Friday and then lose in the first or second round of the NCAA tourney. I’ll assume around 21-12 by the end of the season.

Then you won’t be disappointed if that happens, sounds like your prepared.

It’s pretty evident we have a solid team. I think we have 8 or less losses. I think that Kansas game is huge. It’s so important for Forrest to get off to a good start. And hopefully Pope uses those cupcake games if there are any to work hard early using those games so important use those games to grow. Individually and as a team. That was the whole concept of Camp cal and something that pope should revisit at least the idea of it

1.) SEC is too good
2.) Rebounding is going to be an issue
3.) Defense is going to be an issue
4.) Depth is an issue
5.) Guard play is questionable

Or(wife says I'm too negative) Sweet Sixteen
--‐‐--------------------------------------------------------------------
-A healthy Kam makes a significant difference
-Mason Williams is a breakout player that no one expected
-Alex Wilkins makes the jump that everyone thought he could make from the mid-major level

Defense has been the strongest point.
Exactly opposite of most expectations.
