I've critical of the front 4, but they did put pressure on the QB and did a great job against the run.

They did play better tonight.

Absolutely. We found a running back and the defense held up against an offense that has scored a lot of points. Special teams were terrible and too many jerkoff penalties. He talks about discipline so start getting these guys to play with it.

Becht missing that TD pass right before that led that 14 pt swing. Those posted stats actually justify the frustration here.

You are never as bad as you look when you lose....just because we scored more points than pu...you are probably not as good as you looked.

Peoples is dinged. Martin is still in the doghouse thanks to his father (who was actually correct).

Someone had a talk with Becht. In all of the first seven games, Rocco dropped to the ground before contact on all of his carries, sometimes when the first down could have been taken. This is the first time he ran until he was tackled. Big difference in this game.

I didn't watch but listened some on the radio. I heard no mention of Peoples or Martin during the time I was listening to the radio broadcast. Ham & Jones did mention that Cam Wallace had a great two weeks of practice, thus his many touches against Perdue.

Wallace and Hansen ran through huge holes tonight. Say it’s luck or skill on the RB’s part, but from my POV it looked like the offensive line played their best game of the season. And the Purduefront 7 looked overmatched.

PSU was absolutely the better team tonight. The Purdue points came on massive mistakes from the PSU special teams and defense.

As a fan, I’m definitely taking tonight as progress though. Makes the back half of the season worth watching.

This is a little thing....but this team not only plays sloppy but they look sloppy. Shirt tails hanging out....pants cut off....some wearing socks others not....some wearing a sock on one leg snd not the other. They just look like a bunch of losers.
