Friday night’s games seem pretty straightforward, but after last week’s excitement, you never know though! I look for all the favorites to win with most if not all these games having running clocks.
Yes, I would anticipate all of them to be running clocks except Pisgah and Brevard. I think that one will probably be Pisgah by 14-17 pts. West’s offense should still be entertaining even when they get down bigger.
Tuscola’s #2 seed looks pretty safe if they win. Franklin and Jay M Robinson seeding will be close if both win. Others in our conference will have some movement regardless. Pisgah probably still falls a spot or two with a win.

28-6 Panthers at the half. I know this may sound silly, but Franklin seems hung over from the Smoky game. They’re just not crisp. Young on the few plays he’s been in is at maybe 60%. West has some talent and runs a good scheme for sure. 2nd half is about staying healthy and putting this one to bed.
West peeps tell me about #23 Morgan? He’s small but strong & fast. He’s given us fits when he’s in. Very impressed with him.

42-6 Franklin, Final. Congrats to Coach Brooks on his 5th undefeated regular season (The only 5 in Franklin history!) Panthers need to rest, get healthy, & focus for the playoffs!!!

I was wrong on our game. We broke out of our funk and played our cleanest, most crisply executed game that we have since week 2. I know Brevard is down but we have been our own worst enemy a lot this year. Hopefully, we’ve shaken that off of us and move into the playoffs executing our best.
Think you guys have finally put it together, hope you can keep the momentum going in the playoffs. GL to all the Mnt 8 teams!!!

Unfortunately, I’m not terribly surprised but maybe we can pull it together. We’re just spread out and getting picked apart on D and then just running it straight into the heart of their defense when we have the ball.
If you kept up with Pisgah this year at all and looked up Fred T. Foard then it is no surprise this game turned out this way. Not sure why everyone is acting surprised. Maybe just because they have a losing record?
First of all why don’t you introduce yourself (you joined less than 10 minutes ago) & what team you root for. Secondly everyone who’s familiar with the Mnt 8 knows that Pisgah is young and had a up/down season. Thirdly they are one of my biggest rivals. During the playoff I root for conference teams as a gauge of how good my team is.
Bright days ahead for you guys talent wise, would love to get your thoughts on the coaching staff when you have time to exhale.
Bears fan here. Yes, well aware they are young , the kids have done a great job considering the play calling/coaching job this year. Hopefully they better use their athletes and have better play calling next year or it will be the same thing as this year. Foard plays in a heckuva conference so really no surprise they won.
