didn't see match ... can't wait to see video of last 40 seconds!
I was worried at the beginning of Bo's match. The Armenian looked strong and Bo's shots weren't even getting close. However, Bo's pace is simply hard for anyone to match. Bo is what happens when talent is combined with tremendous drive and worth ethic.
Snyder is amazing. Yoshida had him looking uncomfortable the entire match, and then, when he needed it, he got it. I don't feel bad that he took a lunger, considering how many of our opponents take them.
The women's team clinching the team title............what a great day to be a USA wrestling fan!!!!
I've been waking up at around 5am and watching replays to catch up and then watching live. Tonight, I'm setting alarms. I'm not missing our hometown boy, Trent or Levi live. I should probably get in a long nap at some point.

Nice little 13 hour road trip. Go to bed early, set the alarm and be ready to just ride the wave!
Not to mention this is a lot more fun than it used to be. US getting wins all day and all night did not use to be a thing.

Stupid people make stupid arguments.
At the OTC there is a wall with a picture for every world or Olympic gold medalist. You win one, your picture goes up. Subsequent wins get an updated placard, no new picture. The wall is filling up.
Last January at the first camp after world’s, Joe Russell gathered everyone there to celebrate Zahid and Trent being added to the wall. Joe is a sardonic MF, and pointed out there were only four spots remaining on the wall. The fourth spot is just above the garbage cans outside the locker room. He implored the guys to get it done soon and not be forever known as “the trashcan guy”. I believe he said “save that for Greco or women’s team.” With Adaugo, Everest, and Bo winning their first, Spencer, James, and Levi now have opportunity to forever be The Trashcan Guy.

Tomorrow morning at 130am ET he has to win one match against India and he will make the Bronze match at 9am ET
I feel bad for Nette. She was up 6-1 in the second period with a four point move and her opponent with a caution. She then jumps the gun on the start for some odd reason, stops when the referee blows the whistle, gives up the TD and the lost challenge and it went further downhill for her from there. Tough loss!
I just now watched Zain's match. I am gutted. That caution and one with his opponent on the clock was a killer. His opponent's defense was spectacular. The big turning point was when Zain couldn't convert one of his shots and his opponent was able to get the TD. There were so many opportunities for Zain to win and I am shocked he didn't. I am continually amazed at the defensive prowess of so many of these wrestlers. So many of them use their flexibility to great effect, as did Zain's opponent. Hopefully Zain can rebound and take home a bronze.
Well, ya know, he had all that social media stuff, so... Lmao. Can't believe folks held that against the kid.
Russians are phenomenal people my friend. They're simply guppies to their leadership.
I went back and watched his come-from-behind victory over Magomedov. While leading 12-3, Magomedov had Bo in a double leg and lifted off the ground, moments from victory, when Bo hipped into him to get an exposure. To go from being that close to being teched to being a World Champion is incredible.
Supposedly, they're good friends, and very respectful towards each other.

I can attest to this. I have worked with several Russian people in the past. Besides the one KGB guy, they have been great to interact with.
It’s amazing at their age that Dake and Snyder seem to have gotten better! Unbelievable what the NLWC has going on.
Watched it several times. Blaze got Ripped off. He had that TD. Cost him the Gold. Think he comes back Strong now for the Bronze. He gotta Clear his Head for Sure Now.
