Stoops circa 2019-2022 would have won 5, maybe even 6.

Stoops 2023-2024 would have won 4.

Stoops 2026 would have won 2.

Agree except i think hed end at 5 wins. That assumes he had to bring Bush back. If he hired a competent oc, could be better; but that was unlikely given the hot seat.

Once his seat got hot and he was stuck with Bush, it was just struggle mode on O.

What happened to that guy? And what was the other big stoops sunshine pumper?

I cant recall him. Douche thought it should take 20 years to make uk a contender
You know the more I think about it I wouldn’t doubt if Rembrandt wasn’t Mitch. The way he defended Stoops and talked down to everyone, always had some sort of grievance. He was a self righteous prick like Mitch if it wasn’t him.

Stoops should have been got rid of years ago, how many SEC coaches had been fired over the years Stoops was at Ky a bunch. Great we got a young coach in Stein who know how to win.

Not worried about it. I liked Coach Stoops and thank him for what he did for this program. He steadied our foundation and now Stein is building on it.
Pitino’s “precious present.” Not a common characteristic for many fans. Anger appears to be a predominant emotion for many fans. You would like to blame trolls, but sadly cannot.

He would win the cupcakes and win one not expected to but nothing else. And the losses would be by thirty or fourty points.

This is what id predict if he hadn't gotten fired. If it was motivated stoops in his best days when he wasn't trying to leave he might squeek out 6 wins and a crap bowl game.
“He’ll never win more than 5 games.” - dumb fan in year 4.

Most likely 5-6. That’s about what he averaged over his tenure.

I like CMS. He continued upon what Brooks started. Established some defense, OL, and ground game. Won bowls.

He’ll get work as an assistant wherever he wants and wouldn’t surprise me to see him as DC again someday. Maybe in SEC if that UGA DC gets a gig. CMS and Kirby are boys.

Hope he does well. I could see Stein throwing him a big welcome back ceremony someday.

It was time to go and he left without a lot of fuss. He knew it going to become increasingly difficult for him to play D/run and keep up in the modern game.

O and specifically passing game from evaluating talent to developing it as well as staffing offense just wasn’t his thing.

Can't tell if you agree or not lol. Am I the dumb fan?
Dumb fans said Stoops would never win more than 5 games per season at UK. IDK if you were one of those fans or not, but your speculation reminded me of that fact.

I see the conjecture in all of the posts attempting to respond to the bait of the OP and I do think this a stupid thread. But, hey, stupid threads are the foundation of this message board.

Dumb fans (you) also said Stools was the best UK could get, so just shut up and cheer.

RunnieNose, your lies are a joy to read. You lost relevance on this board years ago and don’t even realize it. LOL!!!

BTW, your stupid retort tells us all YOU were one of those dumb fans. LOL!!!

Rembrandt was more about not letting The Lair turn into rafters, where every thread gets hijacked. The recruiting threads were always great.

Well Stoops average was about 6 games a season. I respect Stoops for what he did. He left the program way better than when he was hired.
