When I hear the description of Swann, a veteran QB with below average pocket mobility, combined with our swiss cheese pass pro I cannot help but think of poor Blake Shapen.

That lethal combination is probably the reason Puckett has gotten the playing time.

Edge rushers might have to wait on him to get back there to them before they can sack him.

This just shows how big of an idiot you are. Shapen was a good QB, and had decent mobility. Not nearly as bad as our dubmass fans would have you believe.

About the only reason I want to watch is to see if Swann plays any better than Puckett.
Surely…

Tbh I would be surprised if its Swann. I hope Lebby starts Swann. Im interested to see what he can do so we can all stop speculating. He is a 57% passer @ 6.8 ypa over his career. He does have 32 TD tho. Against 17 int. Minus 3 yards a game rushing. Billy is a 64% passer at 5.8 ypa. 5.1 rushing per attempt. 2 int to 1 TD. Neither one is gonna lead us to a victory. I figure Swann has peaked for his career. Maybe Billy will get better ? Who knows ?

If comp % is strategic to your offensive strategy don't put your chips on Swann (57%'s career college comp) Phuckett was 70% last week (60ish % in BR). he just loses his shlt when he smells the milk & honey. If BP can fix the TO's he might be your better option. But i'd run the ND-box if I thought it'd help.

If Swann is anything like Shapen, I will be stoked and will be pissed at the same time. We can beat Vanderbilt and Auburn with Shapen. I would be pissed if Swann could have played vs Oklahoma. Shapen would have beaten Oklahoma.
