1A West could change based on how SD, EC, WS Prep and Rville do this week. CC win or lose is locked at #1, Wilson Prep, and SBH seem to be in very winnable games and should not see any change. The others have competitive games this week but I am not sure how much a win or loss will move the %'s for them.
Thanks for the appreciation! I actually really like doing things like this but I know I won't be able to upload on Saturday before they are released. Going to watch my Pirates play. Hopefully it's not a complete dumpster fire!
If that holds true it looks like Starmount vs East Wilkes for round 2 in the 3rd round. That would be a doozy lol. Whoever wins probably would be short a few players the following week 
From what I understand, they will put "east" and "west" in a hat and pick one. So, a 50/50 shot really. If it were me, I would just put them in the East for travel mostly. Save some of those teams far west from having to pay for that travel.
Great question and I do not have the answer. I would assume one more bye for someone. I guess the move of Wilson Prep, E Columbus and SB Howard are projections anyways. Seems like they would move one of those teams to the East to make the brackets tougher. E Columbus appears to be the biggest distance East school from Chatham Central (130 miles). Seems like they would be in the East? Who knows the NCHSAA will do.

2A East, Looking at the top 5 seeds, they will make things competitive with each other. Tarboro, No need to explain, Edenton has had a great year and have as much of a shot at Tarboro this year as they've ever had, that QB is a baller and if this really is Coach Hoggards last year I know they are going to be firing on all cylinders. Warren, Offense said to be explosive and the defense is supposedly legit, personally I haven't been able to find much film on them so I cannot confirm or deny. Their schedule does concern me as there is a lot of below average teams on there, however that would be the case with much of the lower classifications. Manteo, I believe is the worst of the top 5, easy schedule and do not look like anything special on what I've watched, the game with Edenton Holmes tomorrow night will tell everybody everything they need to know. Lakewood, team closest to me, so I can say the most about. What I've seen when they are clicking they can compete, when they are not clicking it can get rough quick. 2 rather close games early in the season with Clinton and Midway who are both top 5 seeds in 3A and 4A along with a good amount of conference battles with West Columbus, North Duplin, East Bladen, and Hobbton. I see them making a run to go see Tarboro.
A few lower seeded teams that can play spoiler are East Bladen, Southside, West Columbus and Rosewood. At the end of the day the biggest question is how does Edenton Holmes and Tarboro match up.

I watched Southside last week against Northside. They’re not going to beat anyone they’re not supposed to.
Wilson Prep should go East and Rville should be the 2 seed in the West if they win. IMO
I will take your word for it, I seen them earlier in the year and thought they had some great athletes, just didn't have it in the trenches and looked poorly coached.
All 3 of those looked to be true. Northside dominated O and D line. Southsides best runner, #2, got hurt and never came back in. Not sure what his status is. Honestly, the game was already ugly so there really wasn't a point of putting him back in even if he was okay.
I can't see any way Wilson goes east.
Howard is farther East than Wilson.
If Howard goes east Rville will be a 3 seed.
If Howard stays in the West Rville will be a four seed.
Jones Senior getting a playoff birth at 0-10 is comical. Reaching the playoffs used to mean something. Now it means nothing. Should have gone to 6 classifications, not 8.
Only 3 contenders in the East, Tarboro, Warren County, and Edenton, in that order.

Weldon and Jones would have to opt out for Wilson Prep to be the odd team. Even then it would be 50/50 wether they go East or West.
Til realignment happens the big three in the 2a East are Tarboro, Warren county, and Edenton Holmes. East bladen could maybe make it a big four.
How do you figure that? I would welcome this repeat. I’m sure it could bring a different result, and the gate would be phenomenal!
They played a lot of 8 man games which the state doesn’t count towards playoff seeding.
Well it's the final game of the season tonight hope we pull out a win against Cherokee if we do i think we would jump east Columbus and that would be great good luck everyone
Y'all jumping east Columbus will just meen the real state championship y'all vs wilson prep will be a week sooner
