Miami paid north of 6m this year for a QB. What is KT's ceiling?

Miami, LSU, Ohio State, Michigan, Indiana, Georgia, Texas, Mississippi, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Texas Tech, Oregon, Florida, Notre Dame will all be north of 7m. It will be a bidding and tampering war.

Will the turf toe surgery play a factor? Who will risk 10m on an injury that could be carrer altering. Surgeries are always a risk.

What will Lebby offer KT to stay? 5m? 6m? Will KT take less to get a better OL and DL?

Do you bother paying speeding tickets from traffic cams or do you just throw them in the trash?

Personally I’m ready for the talking heads to STFU already. All I’ve heard since he’s been out for the season is KT Needs to transfer to have any success. KT would be stupid to ever stay at Mississippi State. You can’t win or go to the NFL if you continue to go to MSU. They do not want him playing for the little guy, they want him playing at a blue blood. Eff them all, I hope they have to eat all of those words. We deserve something nice for once

There will be offers. He has an agent. So get real with all this there’s no way he’d leave business. We need to be working to improve the team. Especially the lines. We won’t have to have the biggest offer if ours is competitive and we’ve shown that we are improving around him.

Does turf toe affect a “sock feet” measurement?

I will offer $1 for every post that you’ve made to the powers that be if they banish this troll before I ignore him/her.

Otherwise, Robbie Faulk’s head will explode.

There’s no telling what his offers will be - but turf toe is absolutely not a “career altering injury”. That’s laughable. But, it’d sure be great if every other P4 program thought that it was, though.

I'm sure the H1PE train will be full steam regardless of the injury. But for the people that have to actually to write the checks, real money comes out of their bank account, I'm not writing that guy a 7-10million dollar check without a guarantee of health AND shopping other less expensive, healthy options.

They won’t offer him a number; they’ll say, “What will it take?” and let him name it. As much as he loves Mississippi State, he’s not stupid. If you were getting ~$4-5 million at MSU, what’s your number that you’d leave for?

The biggest danger is other schools offer similar money AND a good OL. He needs the protection to give the NFL a full year's worth of playing time to be a top five pick.

Let's be clear. Doesn't matter what the Manning camp reports. Nobody is paying $10 million for a QB who's obviously injury prone and may be a victim of poor conditioning under Lebby's training staff. It's not a risk you want to take when there are better, safer options out there.

And the offer would have to be in that range to get KT to leave the school he loves. Even more than the program.

Vegas. Not sure where he will end up. But that’s who will pay for it.

someone will offer him more....he is an elite talent at the most important position.....he will also stay at MSU for less....he is tied to MSU more than he is tied to Lebby, although most dont realize that....he is also injury prone, as mentioned above, so for someone to offer stupid money it will be out of desperation....although, I believe over $5M for a college QB is stupid money.....I think he needs to complete an entire season as a starter to see north of $5M.....

I’m not at liberty to say how I know, but I do. (If someone else posted this I would call BS so please feel free to say I’m lying, but I’m not) I’m hopeful he stays but schools are already reaching out. Lincoln Riley and USC have already put out feelers.

It's Saturday and supposed to be an exciting day of CFB but... nope not for &tate. So I'll take out my frustration by saying....

a team would be a damn fool to pay $10m for any qb. Not to mention a qb that won't last 5 games. Also You can get a damn good QB for $5m and use the other $5m to get some tackles.
