Did you watch Purdue run for 300+ yards on Minny? What did they do to do that?

Did they run wide, lots of jet sweeps, did their Oline look really good, did they spread Minny out with 4 wides, did their QB run it well?

I might need to find a replay because something is different here with Iowa's poor running results

They have a good QB that kept Minnesota from 8, 9 and 10 man boxes. It’s that simple.

Minnesotas defense focused on shutting down Brown the Purdue qbs passing game. For Iowa they sold out to stopping the run, Lester didn’t adjust and our qbs couldn’t make the plays. They were stunting into running lanes and we still ran at them with no adjustment.
