I think Lebby knew it as he ran off the field. The way the cameras followed him to the locker room. You could see it on his face. He knows he’s been a fraud all along. He knows he’s done. If you talk to Arnett, he will tell you that Lebby has single handedly destroyed the program.

Another way to look at it:

Jeff Lebby is 3-18 in the SEC, but without Kamario Taylor (who was already committed before Lebby was hired), I think we can all unanimously agree that he would be 0-21. We can't even give him credit for finding a recruit who was the perfect fit for him - he just lucked out.

No doubt about that, but what is the core problem with Lemon-head Lebby? Is he lazy? Dumb? Just can't build and manage a team? Or some combination of those? I mean, didn't he have a solid offense at OU? What's his problem?

OL is a problem, but was OL the reason Shapen wasn’t great? Feels like you’re making an excuse for Lebby, who’s had 3 years to make it right

And I’m doing my part as much as I can to buy players. Are you?
Yes, the online was worse last year than now.
Yes, as much as I can. That is the problem.

The OL didn’t make Shapen stare down receivers or hold on to the ball too long.

Is it either of our fault Lebby doesn’t have a suitable backup or refuses to try QB3 when QB2 clearly can’t get the job done?

Why the doom and gloom he's showing a steady pattern of improvement, he wins 3 next year 4 the following etc so by year 10 we go undefeated in the SEC and his record then will be 45-45, 50% winning percentage in SEC play. Best MSU coach ever!****

He's showing improvement, we have been patient, that is the BS that so many have spewed on here, he's inept at basic coaching decisions still!

The most disturbing is comparing his win percentage to SloMo!

That's also a reflection of an offense that loves deep, long developing, low statistical plays.

Unfortunately, he's looking more and more and more like Joe part 2. All we're missing is a locker room fight and completely losing the team...which with how things are going, I'd say we're not too far from those happening.

To put a positive spin here, it sort of makes me nostalgic to that time in life!

In the 18 SEC losses under Lebby, only 4 were competitive (lost by 7 pts or less). In the 3 SEC wins under Lebby, we've won twice by 7 and once by 3.

In year 3 we've been outscored in SEC play 110-38.That gap will most likely grow next week.

Unless he can get to 7 wins and be competitive against Texas and Ole Miss, I don’t see how you can argue to keep him.

He didn’t do anything at OU. He succeeds when he been gifted the players. That’s it. Period. HE can’t get the players here. If you get avg players you have to make some of them above avg to compete. He sho isn’t doing that

The most damning thing to me is you could give Lebby a total pass on his first year and just disregard his record from the beginning of a total rebuild…. And he’s still only 3-10 in Years 2 and 3.

Lebby Had all of us thinking this was going to be a good team and it's NOT by far . No viable 2nd string QB at all - weak line and not ver good defense either . 2-3 hurt players shouldn't make this much difference . Time for him to GO and find a really good coach . I;'m tired of losing all these SEC games .

Croominator was 4-20 after 3 years. Lenny will be 4-21 most likely, with the extra due to the 9-game SEC sked this year.

At least Lenny has the Minnesota and Arizona State wins. And beats the FCS teams.

32-game mark: Lebby 11-21 (3-18 SEC) vs Croom 9-23 (4-18 SEC) - Lebby 2 games better overall, 1 game worse in the SEC.
