How is a QB giving himself up and getting helmet to helmet while he is 1 inch from the ground not targeting? Then a total missed PI on the bomb to Black, he got tackled before the ball got there? Seemed obvious he was giving himself up, and his knee was down before the defender lunged for the hit. A review was warranted, imo.

You give yourself up sliding. Diving forward makes you a runner trying to get yards.
