Disappointing college teams over the years

Pope isn’t it, but some people still clamor for our former coach

Calipari will forever be known as the best recruiter in college basketball history and will be lucky to crack the top 25 coaches of all time list. That’s just the truth.

Can't argue it....all I hear is "NBA talent"...Above are five UK teams with thirty....THIRTY! combined NBA players....SIX per team. Thats a starting 5 and 6th man....and onions it is to show for it. NBA talent wins my ***

To be disappointing, you first have to be highly thought of

Popes rosters never have high expectations = can't ever disappoint

Some bad memories on that list.

I mean it is apples to oranges. Arkansas will never hold a candle to UK as far as prestige and history goes. And at least Cal’s teams were good enough to be considered disappointing. I’d choose Cal over Pope. Although neither of them deserve the job at this point.

Most of those memories are past what should have been Cals expiration date here n 2019. He was clearly going down hill and we should have let ucla have him. He wouldnt have won anything there that mattered.

If we had a good x And o coach, (pope sucks so not him) that could recruit close to like Cal then we have something.

Calipari and Pope both blow ***.

It’s always an “either or” situation with some of you people. We either have to have Cal or Pope. We cannot somehow find another coach beyond those two. We’re stuck with those two specifically.

Why can’t we agree that Cal was washed and should’ve retired and Pope was legitimately one of the worst possible hires we could’ve ended up with?

I think intelligent UK fans agree with this.

Any college roster that failed with 9 NBA players should be on the top of the list of disappointments

Three of Cal's last year's on the T10. Ouch. We weren't crazy bennies.

He has two teams make the final 8 in that time.
