Billy Brewer had finally grown tired of the issue.
Told McAllister to play or cut it off. Seemed the issue went away.

Dang, I don’t think Obamacare is going to cover that burn.
You see, Billy Brewer remained a friend of the program, and continued to serve as head athletic trainer through 2023.
Man I’m hoping Obamacare insurance is better than I think it is. Cause it looks like I’m about to be on it for about 16 months.

You can really get in a bad situation if you claim the credits & then your taxable income comes in higher than you said. My general rule would be don’t claim the credits & then pick it up on the back end when you file your return. I think I’ll be able to keep my taxable income low enough without raiding my Roths. I hope so because those premiums! Yikes!

The one thing I do like about it is if you’ve got a preexisting condition you can get insurance. But damn there had to be a better way to cover those people.
Probably the best choice if a family cannot reliably determine their year's MAGI. If you can, I would take the monthly credits to reduce the budget burden especially if the wife got laid off.

The only thing that could tie Obamacare to a tax increase has to related the Premium Tax Credit (PTC) used to subsidize the Marketplace premium. It sounds like she did a poor job of estimating or did not go back and estimate to compensate for the loss of her job. I don’t recommend telling her that she did something dumb right on the heels of losing her job….
If there’s a better way we don’t have the empathy or political willpower to do it. Damn the poors until we need insurance outside of work. Then it’s why is this so expensive with crappy choices? Observational, not directed at you, just seen it. My dad is a prime example on holding the political line to hate anything not R. Then my sister needed insurance outside of work and he saw how much insurance costs were for what we were “giving” away with Obamacare….imagine the costs of you had to do private insurance solo

It's a video that circulated, was an on-field convo between them. Nobody knew anything about turf toe until Taylor said he had it. Everybody had been wondering why he didn't run at all in that game.
I think I saw turf toe mentioned before that game. I figured out real quick it was giving him real problems, like in the 1st quarter. Took the dubmass announcers until about a series before he came out of the game.
