Same way PSU became so dominant at wrestling. New coach that is good but not really competing for national titles at their previous schools. Then add a huge influx of money to buy and stockpile the best talent. Cignetti seems to be the perfect coach to come around at the perfect time with NIL to a program with someone looking to throw money at it.

They were so bad they took a chance on Cignetti and hit the lottery. This has nothing to do with Cuban. He started investing after they won but nobody had any idea Ciggy was the guy who he turned out to be.

BS. His 1st year there he brought over the majority of his players from freaking James Madison. And the QB was nothing special while at Cal. The money came after they started winning. And he won with a bunch of guys nobody else wanted.

You mean the first year, when Indiana was pants'd when playing elite competition, vs the title year?

That didnt invalidate my statement. I gave Cignetti his flowers.
