[mshelton33]

It was really cold this morning, but the sun is blazing and it's warming up. I just took a walk around the stadium. There's nothing really distinct or unique about Spartan Stadium. It's nice, but it's just a big silver bowl with a second deck on each sideline. It reminds me a little of Kinnick in how close the stands are to the field.

Robert Fitz is out today, but it looks like both Braden Turner and Damon Walters will play.

[AdamOnFirst]

Of course the Peacock/NBCSN coverage didn’t click on until three plays in

[jensberg]

Need a stop here they've been moving the ball quite easily so far

[bringbacktherantboard]

I think Fitz should've punted there, try to pin us back.

At least you are getting the game. We are traveling this weekend and nobody gets Peacock. So keep me informed please.

[Drilcat]

Thats not being aggressive. Thats being stupid. Fitz should have punted.

[GECat2]

Fitz will go on almost every fourth down during this game.

Actually I like the call and the result..

Not going for it on fourth and four on your opponent’s side of the field is hilarious overly conservative and opposed by every possible fpen of analytics. Very dumb.

[AdamOnFirst]

That hit Eligon in the hands… tough catch though

[jensberg]

Well they sure made out of offense look pretty bad despite the fact they're supposed to be missing multiple key players on defense

[eddie_gocats]

Dud of a start… need some rhythm plays

You can buy peacock for $12

[eddie_gocats]

TNT

[AdamOnFirst]

It’s really really close if that gets overturned or not

[GECat2]

BAM!!!!!!

[Dugan15]

Kilbane!

[RockfishCat]

Is Braden Turner playing?

[jensberg]

My goodness we can't run the ball at all

[AdamOnFirst]

Offensive line is losing so far

[jensberg]

And then our quarterback missed the wheel route

[HawkCat]

Chiles seems rattled.

[AtlantaCat]

Offense is offensive

[jensberg]

Well we certainly don't look like a top 25 team that's for sure

[jensberg]

Yeah the quarterback is not having a good game so far at all. I don't think we have even one yard of net offense so far so it's not all his fault

[eddie_gocats]

Dang it … what a crap sequence

[Gocatsgo2003]

Chiles clearly nervy early — turned the wrong way on the 2nd down run, delay of game, etc. Hopefully settles in.

Schaller is STRUGGLING.

[bringbacktherantboard]

Relieved we got points out of that.

[989bjm989]

For sure. They gotta settle down a little on O. Need a couple positive plays to get some momentum and confidence.

[Gocatsgo2003]

Offensive line is losing so far

Schaller is losing so far.

[jensberg]

-4 yards of offense so far

[AdamOnFirst]

Chiles seems rattled.

Rattled? Because our LT literally barely touched the DE who was on a normal speed rush and he drilled Chiles very early in his drop? For the second dropback on a row?

Line is getting whipped, needs cleanup.

[NUinIAFan]

Geez. Hope our guys settle down soon. Altho Stripping the qb ball was a great move! Happy to be Up by 3!!!!

[AdamOnFirst]

Schaller is losing so far.

Interior losing in the run game too

[Gocatsgo2003]

Interior losing in the run game too

Don’t have quite the same schematic advantage now that opponents have seen the wing-T for a few weeks.

[jensberg]

Basically they are doing better than us in every single way except for that one great play by number 47

Big Ten road games are hard, especially those with emotional charging like this one.

[RockfishCat]

Migo!

[jensberg]

4th and one and they run right up the middle and get six yards on defense is just terrible this could be a very long difficult and maybe disappointing day
