Ok, if you can solve it I've got your back. Meanwhile I'll focus on what I can control.
Like No Kings protests? Or pedo allegations of the president? This is solidifying my point. Most of you aren’t interested in discussing actual topics. It’s more about **** talking, pedo protector, Cheeto hitler, blah blah blah, which is fine I suppose. But there’s actually real issues that are going to ultimately affect every single one of us.

I find this incredibly disingenuous. The majority of trolls on this board are maga, and a significant number of liberal posters on this forum ONLY want to discuss actual topics.

Just because the "real issues that are going to ultimately affect every single one of us" have a varying degree of importance to each of us, doesn't mean that your list of issues is any more important than anyone else's.

You've been discussing it for 13 pages and since you're not a rational type and fly off the handle easily, I find it's better not to get too involved in conversation with you because it only gets uglier.

And sorry you can't see it but Trump is the biggest existential threat our country has ever faced, a literal enemy within, so he deserves all the pushback he gets and if that means protests in the streets, so be it. I'm not going to be quiet about it whether you like it or not.

You've been posting for what, 3 years now? We've all seen the issues that draw you in like a fly and implicitly understand what drives your anger. It's baked in the cake, we know.

That’s what I thought. Do me a favor and stfu with the brown people nonsense. I’ve been on here since 2008. Never banned, never censored, never warned, never been talked to by a moderator, nothing.

Look man, you have a seething hatred of liberals or anyone you see as liberal adjacent(trans, drag queens, immigrants, poor people, Europeans) more than anyone I've seen on this board. We've all seen it over and over again. We know what drives you and that's all I was addressing.

I know that entitlement spending affects more than brown people and though you might deny it, your vibe is doing all the talking so we know who and what drives your anger the most. Let's just say brown is code for "anyone different than you."

The anti-white indoctrination is so strong you now have whites actively participating in their own suicidal demise. These are liberals. This is another reason I can’t tolerate most of them. How are you so intellectually compromised as to participate in your own destruction. Also begs the question why it’s acceptable for every other race on planet earth to have pride but not white people. It’s so weird. Christian’s and white people really grind the lefts gears (despite tons being white).

You...know...
I know what? That liberals say **** like this…. Btw these aren’t people on a message board.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), 2018 (repeatedly recirculated and defended in later years):
“Our country should be more fearful of white men across our country because they are actually causing most of the deaths within this country… we should be profiling, monitoring and creating policies to fight the radicalization of white men.”

• NYC Councilmember Sandy Nurse (D), 2020–2021:
“White people are just outright murdering Black people with full impunity. We are headed for a very long summer of rage.”
And: “We have a national crisis of white men and boys massacring people across the country.”

• NYC Councilmember Chi Ossé (D), ~2021:
Explicitly argued a “cis white man” should not be the next City Council Speaker. He also posted warnings like “Don’t trust white people with 0 friends of color in their circle.”

• Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D), 2021:
Announced she would only grant one-on-one interviews to journalists of color and criticized the “overwhelming whiteness and maleness” of the City Hall press corps and Chicago media. This was treated by many as open racial exclusion in access to the mayor.

• Former NYC Councilmember / State Assemblyman Charles Barron (D):
Has a long record including celebrating the decline of the white population in his district (“They left. They left… if you see one or two or three or four or five whites in my neighborhood, they’re passing through”) and earlier statements about white men having “too much power” and wanting to slap white people “just for my mental health.”

• Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), 2020:
Framed the near-total dominance of white male statues in the Capitol as “a feature of white supremacy” and “what patriarchy and white supremacist culture looks like.”

I get it, you’re full blown TDS brain dead. But this is what would be considered “anti-white” rhetoric. Meaning if someone replaced the word “white” in any of these comments with “brown” or “trans” you’d have a ******* stroke.

I mean, this just shows you have a fundamental disagreement with the idea of white privilege and the inherent advantages that comes from being a part of the majority culture in America.

We all know this. Most of maga/the right disagrees with any sort of the idea, which is why the dems keep losing and maga kept winning. This isn't rocket science.

But there are schools of thought, sociologically, ideologically, and philosophically, with centuries of study, that differ; which is why progressives DO keep winning and who completely and utterly disagree with you. Many on the left once thought as you (and millions in america!) do, and yet they don't anymore. It might be worth exploring why.

No. I’m showing that this type of thing is common practice among the left. I’m not surprised you endorse that type of garbage. I highly doubt the acceptance of the idea of “white privilege” is the reason behind progressives winning elections. You think accepting the idea of white privilege beats out things like jobs, immigration, crime, lousy candidates, etc for voters lol. Look just because some professor has decided this is some sort of thing doesn’t mean it is. There are a lot of people that think the earth is flat, doesn’t mean it is.

Yes! You get it, actually.

We are saying the same thing- the underlying reason that poverty remains prevalent, crime remains prevalent, and low job numbers often can be attributed to privilege that many Americans don't have. It's not because those without 'privilege" are lazy, or more violent, or want to live those lives that propagate those ideals. The vast majority of studies say its because the starting point, the opportunities given, or the inherited wealth by those in poverty, crime, or without a job ALL start at a similar place: well behind.

It's not about being White, or vilifying white people, or talking down to or making excuses for people that aren't white. It's just that a a large portion of America have followed the studies/science that say that those in poverty inherited it, and aren't just lazy. There is empathy there.

And it's not just people of color, but a large portion of white people in America too. The system is set up against all of those who begin the race far behind the 'starting line,' but because of our past, its affects people of color more. It's that simple, and its simply true, without it being a knock against "white people."

A large portion of the left is educated, privileged af white people who virtue signal. They are no different than anyone else on their high horse, and believe things because they are easy to 'believe' without actually living or understanding the reality of the rest of America outside their echo chamber.

But the idea remains on both sides- maga stresses individual responsibility (as they should) and the left stresses that individual responsibility is NOT enough in at LEAST 50% of the cases (spitballing here).

We all aren't so different.

The conflation of economic privilege vs white privilege is misleading and false. I categorically disagree. What you’re describing has nothing to do with race. These same issues - jobs, crime, etc - they are present in every single community. The same foundational problems that beset Chicago are just as prevalent in a mountain community like Andrews. The difference has been how those individual communities have handled that adversity. I see just as much welfare abuse and lack of accountability in both places, but there are also stark differences within those communities in regard to crime. You say that’s privilege, I believe it’s cultural on a macro scale at least.

Of course they are different, and I'm conflating them for a message board, as there are decades of studies within our context of the United States that have led to people of color being behind the starting point, as opposed to white people, while AT THE SAME TIME, there are ofc rural white people who are further behind the starting point compared to other white people. It's a matter of scale and underlying reasons. It's not black and white (pardon my pun).

Question: How often are you using AI to answer or formulate your message board posts? I've noticed it alot lately from you tbh.

Not one sentence of that was AI. Or the post before. The only ai was for the racist leftist quotes. How much of that horsesht you just posted was from Arday and co? Pretentious fck. It’s called common sense, lived experience, pragmatic understanding. You should try it and get out of whatever CRT book you’re yanking off to.

Here’s what AI does think of your idea though:

If “white privilege” were the main driver of success, Asian Americans (and groups like Nigerian Americans) wouldn’t consistently post higher median incomes, higher college completion rates, and lower poverty than whites—yet they do. Outcomes track far more closely with family structure, cognitive distributions, culture, and behavior than with skin color.

Yikes lol. How much did you waste on all the education again? I could’ve saved you a lot of money. Culture.

I use them all the time. I know anyone that’s right leaning is a sixth grader to you but I’ve been educated as well.

In your world, does it take a certain privilege to respect other people and respect property? Is that just a lack of privilege?

I've never insinuated this, but ok.

I do very much believe that if we remove the ancient/historical understanding of property (ie, who was the property's first?), than yes "respect of other people's property" absolutely comes into play.

And if we extrapolate that out, what does that mean? Who owns the property? Is it the people who traveled on boats from a different continent to take it over and "claim" it or the people who were forced to travel on said boats from a different continent against their will to "work" it.

The ancestors of both, in the United States specifically, have lived a very different outcome, based on the color of their skin and where they originated, did they not?

Uh no. I mean like just normal people. Should they respect other people and respect property or not. Like should I go slap the sht out of the next person I see with a septum ring or is my privilege what’s telling me not to do that? Or if I don’t like something a politician says and I go destroy something, is that lack of privilege? Like just basic human decency and respect, is that privilege?

Imma go to bed tbh, its late and I gotta wake up with the baby and get the kids ready for school. But people, and cultures don't happen in a vacuum. They happen in the context through which they were derived.

And despite maga's best efforts to argue different, the U.S. is a culture that is one of the youngest in the world, and its certainly the youngest culture/nationality of all the super powers. We are YOUNG. We're new in the grand scheme of major modern societies of the world.

Our ethos, our culture, will change and is still finding itself. To reduce it to 50 years is ridiculous. To reduce the ethos of a culture to be solidified after 250 years is ridiculous, in comparison of the history of the world.

If it feels like it was supposed to be and SHOULD be a certain way, thats simply ridiculous when you look at the history of civilized and modern society. We're all fighting for what the culture of this 250 year old nation SHOULD be, not trying to recover what it WAS, as we only have 2 centuries and a half to pull from. The rest of the world has Millienia+. I think that's always helpful to remember.

I feel like the squirrelly/malleable nature of our new nation should lead us to be always reforming/changing/and progressing. That's what history teaches us. Not to get to a place of complacency and stopping, or simply stopping at a time that is idealized.

The true ideal of the U.S. is PEOPLE FIRST, not manufacturing or technology first. Because if our manufactural and technological infrastructure is not propping up or helping the least of us, what is the point? It's completely counterintuitive to what this nation was built on.

We have an opportunity to push the world further, and help enable MORE people, and in doing so we will push the technology and infrastructure further. Is this not the plot of literally all "zero to hero" stories we so love? But we can't lose site or write off the people who have been adversely set up or who don't benefit as much from the "system/utopian ideal" the U.S. is built on. Because if we lose them or we lose the ethos of their right of being here, we lose our core identity.

I'm not obfuscating anything, and I like to delineate my thoughts with "easy to read" paragraph or sentence breaks. Sue me.

Here's my real issue- do you want to be taken seriously or not? You rant constantly on here, and think you cook. You really don't. I could rip apart line by line every single little thing you say, with ZERO nuance, and I could do it ALL DAY. Anyone that has actually looked at these issues in a deeper or more nuanced way could. It's not hard.

I'm ACTUALLY trying to find common ground here with you. I want to know why you think the way you do and why you're so passionate about it. You rant and rant and rant and constantly project on things which you know nothing of, because they are which you have not experienced.

So why are you here? Why do you post? I have no desire to be patted on the back by "fellow libs." Idgaf. I know why I'm here.

Do you want to be challenged in your beliefs or do you want to keep getting mad at the same bs your dad and his dad and his dad were mad about for decades? I could do that too- sh it is easy af

You say that’s privilege, I believe it’s cultural on a macro scale at least.
there are more white Americans on government assistance than any other racial category. Might be that some have not realized their privilege yet

Do it. Tear apart the argument that white privilege - or lack thereof - is what causes individuals to commit violent crimes. That’s what you claim so do it. Show us the way. I wanna see the light.

I used more dashes for you professor.

Jamaica, Haiti, and many sub-Saharan African nations have very high homicide rates (often 20–50+ per 100,000) with essentially no White majority or systemic White control today. South Africa’s rates remain extremely high post-apartheid. If White privilege were the driver, these places should not show the same elevated violence correct? What about their white privilege?

Culture (especially family structure and norms around violence/impulse control) is a major proximal driver. Average group differences in cognitive and temperamental traits likely play a role as well. Historical discrimination and current socioeconomic gaps contribute, but they are not the full or primary story—especially given the global pattern and the Asian exception. “White privilege” as the main cause is a political slogan that collapses under the cross-national and historical data. The evidence points to a more complicated mix of culture, behavior, and group trait distributions.

Tear it up big dog. Let’s see you “cook”.
