OT: Anybody watch "The Voice" ...

... and think that Kelly Clarkson overacts everything and is forced/scripted - in other words, not genuine?

The recent incident in the small Brooklyn shop didn't help her feeling of entitlement either.

I did not have this on my bingo card for today’s 6pack thread topics.

The more I read SPS the more likely I believe we have a high number of Voice, DWTS and probly The View fans

I dont watch it or any of those judge/contest shows.
But when I see random clips from The Voice or similar style shows, over the top reactions from judges are the norm. Thats just part of those shows.

Its Thursday at 2pm. Super random to see a thread about The Voice.

You would if your wife liked watching The Voice. The best thing is that Dish DVR automatically skips commercials of primetime programs.

[skip dog]

well, if you are man enough to admit you watch the voice (whatever that is) and bring it to this message board

I'll admit that I think "Legally Blonde" is an outstanding movie and has me rolling laughing whenever I watch it

If they did away with all of the drama and backstory filler and get straight the act, I'd watch America's Got Talent. But they won't and never will.

Your chromosomes interfere with their logic.

My gay nephew does. I’ll ask him

[patdog]

I'm shocked that reality shows aren't completely unscripted and everyone's reactions are honest and real.

My wife LOVES watching anything on BRAVO, but we have 4 TV's and 2 tablets w/ ear buds in a 2 person household so her tv habits have nothing to do with mine. This is why we have choices because we NEVER agree on anything TV related.

Ugh I have to hear all about that with my daughters.

We'll see, but I think I may have squeezed out glfr this week. Might even get an Emmy or Tony or whatever you get for message board posts.

[mcdawg22]

I don’t watch any of them but Kelly Clarkson can flat out sing and seems like a decent chick. She was always one of my guilty pleasure pop artists.

[hdogg]

I'll confess to watching 1.5 seasons of it w the wife and younger kids a few years ago. Same w Americas Got Talent. The whole family got bored w them after that. Too much hype and over reaction for sure and the judges got annoying for sure.

[NukeDogg]

If you didn't watch America's Got Talent this year and you're not big on social media, then you probably missed out on Nene Royal. Let youtube rectify that ASAP

[Colonel Angus.sixpack]

I think everyone involved in Clarkson’s TweetyBirdgate came off looking like an *******.
