Who is the best play for corvian? I hear it between two players. I personally agree with the majority that the best player for corvian is the lottery wheel.
If they have figured out how to stop the run, then maybe. If not, well......
They are mighty confident considering the team that put them out, has the RB they couldn't stop, back. I'd be a little more worried about him versus if Tarboro is going to make it out of the east or not.

Of course we will be focused on finishing every week with a victory in the west side of the ‘offs. very good west side just as it is in the east this year too, which is why we’re interested to see how this plays out for yall. interested how it will be for Murphy having to come 4 hours our way this time, if it plays out that way.
Murphy has traveled before, nothing new. Theres no guarantee that match-up will happen tho. I can remember several big time playoff road wins @ North Stanly, @ Albemarle, @ Mitchell, @ Eastern Randolph. All those teams were favored in those games. Going to ER and scoring 64 points was pretty dang impressive.

they forget that we completely shut down their offense when it came to the second half. just was too late. if a rematch were to take place, the cards will be prepared.
they rushed for 585 yards, and scored 49 points. Nothing about that is shutting down their offense. Can you do it this year, possibly, but nothing about last year is "completely shutting down" their offense.
40 of those points were first half i believe , i think they scored in the last 3 minutes or so too. corvians defense was a big part of why the game became close in the second half. switched to a 5 man front at half
Corvian was the real deal last season and no reason to think otherwise this season. Murphy absolutely blitzed them with the run game tho. Its a new seaon and other teams in the West are going to be in the mix. Murphy still has work to do down the stretch. Im hoping for a deep playoff run, but teams like Corvian, Starmount and Mitchell will make it tough. Tarboro is absolutely the favorite to win it all again and they should be. Nothing but respect for their program. In fairness to Robbinsville, they do have a really good defense and smc match-ups are just different. I wouldn't pay a lot of attention to Murphy just putting up 15 points against Robbinsville.
Robbinsville may finish 5-5 but they will be a tough team in the 1A playoffs and make a decent run.
Was looking at Northside's stats for the year and they're averaging 10 ypc for the entire TEAM.

Actually over the years more often than not viking fans have stated that the East is more competitive than people think. Is it down some years, yes but it's not been horrible like it has been portrayed. I've said it before and I'll say it again it's been some years that some teams Tarboro has beat in the East would have won it all not every year but some.
i can respect that. it’s easy to see recent regional championships like vs wilson prep and say that there’s been no comp tho from my perspective. #gocards #beatcsd
Fair point. I'll say on record the east by all accounts should be competitive this year. But I also believe in Tarboro's staff. That's a lot of big game experience and that's very valuable. Good luck Friday
Didn't Murphy only score 2 more points on Robbinsville last year than this year. Robbinsville only had 4 or 5 wins at that time also. Robbinsville has lost 3 games by a combined score of 11 this year.
