This looks like it was written by one of those Duke loving asshats
Their bench compared to ours is just unacceptable at a Blue blood program. We should not have that large of a recruiting/roster discrepancy.
LOL. I wonder how many of the world-famous Drew Norton's 350 - that's three hundred and fifty, not 350,000 -- followers would agree with this assessment? You could never post on X at all and more than 350 people would find and follow you randomly. This guy is some 12-year-old fooling around with his mom's computer.

As for this nobody's list: I'd take McBride, Kam Williams, assuming he's healthy, and Frank Kepnang ahead of a lot of the names on this list. (Big Z? okay, sure.)

Building rosters at the university of Kentucky basketball that literally nobody believes can win a national title, including the vast majority of the fanbase and have historically low levels of hype or national attention. While other programs like Duke and Uconn are literally in prime position to catch up and/or pass you in titles. Fix that.
What is it about then? You post the opinion about bench players of some absolute nobody and pretend it shows something telling about Mark Pope and Kentucky basketball. If it isn't about that person's opinion, what is it about? Here's my opinion, and I have more X followers than Drew Norton and more credibility, because a long time ago I actually played college basketball: Kentucky's bench has several decent players and a couple who could possibly break out and be major contributors. In no way does that list by some teenager you posted to show the opposite mean anything.
Give Puke all the love and attention. Will be even sweeter when they choke again in the NCAAT with all that talent.

Brother, it isn't even up for debate. Mark Pope is not even remotely close to building good enough rosters for Kentucky basketball to contend with programs like Duke that are hunting us down and stealing all the players Pope recruited and sitting them on the bench. You literally have no argument.
So how many years in a row are we gonna do this? Genuine question.
How many times are we gonna barely be a top 25 pre-season team and watch Duke load up with talent and be a 1 seed every year?
I don't think you understand how probabilities work. Again, this is Kentucky, we should not be fighting the odds every year while watching another blue blood program stack the odds in their favor year after year.
There are currently some things to be upset about within our basketball program. Something this stupid isn’t one of them .

If we had four of the best bench players everyone would spend months worrying about how we would keep them all happy. For some y'all this is a some no win ****. We're either too stacked or not deep enough every year.
And I guarantee you that after 4 years and all that talent and only 1 final four, fans here would be wanting him gone.
UK basketball is dead under Mark Pope. We don’t have a national title competing program under him. We are a middle of the pack SEC program until we get a new coach. It is what it is.

It's effen ridiculous what they can do, borderline unfair. They are selling something these kids are devouring, that no one else can do. Not even cal is doing this. He's got 1-2 decent guys coming off the bench, not 6-7. He also has a meh transfer at Center. Duke has double ply studs at every position. It won't be long till they start dominating this sport, not even sure Hurley can stop it.
I listened to the Arkansas dudes podcast, he said he has it on good word Henry didn't love his UK visit, looked disinterested and like he didn't want to be there by someone who saw him at the pro day, went so far as to call Pope a recruiting "loser". Lol. This is where we are.
Pope doing what he can to get recruits and hiring key members of their network to his staff. It sounds like UNC may be hiring Black's dad to get him. I mean, it's getting outrageous.
Ummm, who said that it wasn't drastically better? What I am saying is with the talent that Scheyer has had over the past 4 years probably half or more of the fans on here would be upset with only one final four, they would be saying he can recruit but can't coach, we will always be close but no title with him, they would say if we want #9 we need to find another coach.

Well right now we have one that cant recruit or coach so after the last 4 seasons of Cal and 2 of Pope I think UK fans scoffing at 1 final four and 3 elite 8s n 4 seasons of coaching would be a bit silly.
I will say the inexperience of the duke coach cost them a title or 2 the last 2 seasons. He has to get better n high pressure close ncaa games.
What did you expect to hear on an Arkansas podcast for a recruit they desperately want? Henry himself posted a recap of his visit on instagram (@bigbluedylan shared it as well) and it doesn't sound at all like he was disinterested and didn't want to be here. Doesn't mean we will land him but from the horses mouth, he enjoyed his visit. If I knew how to share instagram videos on here I would post it. Maybe someone else can.
It's their guy Kevin - he practically does this for a living, follows planes, is present on the circuit and seems to have a ton of connections. I honestly think it's very possible. It's obviously not a guarantee, but this guy doesn't seem one to proactively blow smoke for s and giggles. You can go find it yourself.

Duke is loaded again. Will be interesting to see if they flame out again in the tournament. I sure hope so.
