I can only assume that we are trying to set up the Washington defense for a trick play because they know when McCarthy is in there he’s not throwing the ball.

I got to stop watching the Giants under Winston's leadership. This Jekyll and Hyde act is going to give me heart palpitations. One half is like a totally different QB to the second.

lol I’ll take it….. looks like Daniel’s was supposed to throw to the left for a quick out to set up the field goal, but it would’ve been picked off and taken to the house if he threw it BUT I’ll take it!

Both teams could have scored in OT but a fumble by Giants and a stupid last play by Washington resulted in a tie score.

It seems the Redskins fans are more upset than us Gianta fans. Sucks tbh, but it’s better than a loss. Plus the eagles and Dallas lost this week. Not bad all things considered.

Makes sense that Commanders fans are the more upset. In a blunder bowl, the last blunder is the most painful. Fumbles are part of the game. Whatever it was that the Commanders did, is not.

Are fumbles up in the league? The punch seems to have taken it to a new level.

As a team we’ve fumbled a ton

Doesn’t seem right to keep Tracey in the doghouse because of a preseason fumble.
Tracy also fumbled in week 1 against Dallas late in the first half. But we intercepted the ball not long after and scored a TD so it goes unnoticed. He seems to be getting more reps lately, which I think is appropriate.

. . .
I've had the same question. I've never seen so much punching at the ball as I've seen this year. It's all over the place, often in lieu of a tackle. Holland's been very good at it. You used to see grabbing and pulling at the ball and arms, and not nearly this much punching at the ball. To lean into the pun, is it a whole new ball game?
