You could say the same thing about every weight other than 125, 197, 285.
I think it is settled, but we might see a wrestle off at the Black Knight. It won't be nearly as confrontational as a match between youngster versions of Scott and Josh Moore. Is 285 settled?
Good point. Completely forgot about that one. We have 125 and 197.Is 285 settled?
That was the end of july i thought so injury would have happened after thatThere was apparently some deadline to apply for people opting into the old rules and he did is what I was told
Will THIS be the final decision, or will the losing side appeal it to the next level?Oral arguments are today in the Wisne vs NCAA case that decides if Levi and Mendez are back
If Wisne rules in favor of the NCAA, Levi is done. He doesn't want to return that badly. Will THIS be the final decision, or will the losing side appeal it to the next level?
In the trade we often call that “zealous representation” but it’s understandable that some might see such work as “creating headaches” because often that’s exactly what it does (and/or what it’s intended to do).If Wisne rules in favor of the NCAA, Levi is done. He doesn't want to return that badly.
It sounds like the NCAA has actually been winning these but they're losing when players file in their own jurisdiction (shocker) The winners are essentially football/basketball players who probably have lawyers (funded by boosters) working around the clock and creating headaches with injunctions.

Your last paragraph is spot on, imo.If Wisne rules in favor of the NCAA, Levi is done. He doesn't want to return that badly.

No it hasn't and my guess is in the next 2 weeks.any idea when decision will be announced or has it been and I missed it?
I am hearing it's going to happen on next MondayNo it hasn't and my guess is in the next 2 weeks.
Ok thanks for that I hadn't heardI am hearing it's going to happen on next Monday
Seems like the NCAA could easily say, “if he participates with the team in any matches, all duals in which he participates would be forfeit.” Much more of the story will need to be written.just saw a video from Riley betting stating Ohio governor signed something that says Mendez can wrestle in Ohio as his ruling supersedes ncaa rulings. don't know if legit or not or this means he can't wrestle outside of Ohio or what.. I posted an article about it on the Levi /mendez thread. It means nothing besides they can compete within the state of ohio . Nothing will come of it . At this point just be down with the circus and 2022 guys are done. I was for them but it's become a messjust saw a video from Riley betting stating Ohio governor signed something that says Mendez can wrestle in Ohio as his ruling supersedes ncaa rulings. don't know if legit or not or this means he can't wrestle outside of Ohio or what.. One would think that the Governor has bigger issues to "wrestle"!just saw a video from Riley betting stating Ohio governor signed something that says Mendez can wrestle in Ohio as his ruling supersedes ncaa rulings. don't know if legit or not or this means he can't wrestle outside of Ohio or what.. what sucks is - the NCAA isn't in any way justified in not giving the class of 2022 a fifth year.I posted an article about it on the Levi /mendez thread.
