Mitch's swan song hire turned out to be a homerun.

Credit where credit is due.

I am flying high. Gonna go have a glass of bourbon

[JHBr]

Absolute genius!

[thebluestrypes]

We’re going for for “Dos!”

[UKCowboys]

And hes only 37 years old.

Yep. Obvious worry is that the NFL comes and gets him in a couple of years. Gonna enjoy the ride as long as he is here. Dude is a star

[wildcatdon]

He is already under contract and is coaching where he wants to be. Relax

[JimboBBN]

Don’t tell me to relax after this win! How dare you!

Just glad blue is in his blood.

That's our only worry I think.

[Cats4321]

He is exactly what Kentucky football needed. The team feeds of his confidence, and the guy can coach!

[theKybluedude]

Sure brought that Trinity winning swagger and aggressiveness that he learned early on. TV guys bring it up every game.

[Catastic5]

That’s probably the most realistic scenario. But Stein seems so hyper competitive. I mean look at the last two games. He going to win something here before he ever decides to leave. I can’t see him giving up.

Comment of the Year!

[BGCATFAN83]

I say we put a statue of his balls at Kroger field 50 yard line.

They can come get him when KY gets a pro NFL team. Until then, he’s ours.

[bbnkat02]

Kiffin has been STEINED.

[Skyguyb27]

I hope the donors are ready to do what’s needed. That day is gonna come sooner than people thought.

[Snarks]

And some posters said Stoops couldn’t be replaced. I want apologies from them!!!!!

Mitch had nothing to do with hiring Stein. He wasn't involved with it.
