Also, insufferable! Pope could win the title this year and they’d still be here saying the same regurgitated nonsense. Gets old.
What’s insufferable is wanting a player on your team that doesn’t fit into your scheme. Has nothing to do with pope or who he lands or doesn’t land. Haven’t seen him play but gives me shagari Alleyne vibes with his size. Is that what we are wanting now? Knock yourself out if so.

So a 7’3” guy that shoots the 3, can pass and handle the ball doesn’t fit Pope’s scheme?! How is that exactly?!

What part of I haven’t seen him play do you not understand. I know nothing about the kid other than his size. Maybe he’s an anomaly but most 7”5 kids are very limited in their skill set.

Id probably read/watch up on him before running my mouth.. But that's just me.. I've never seen him play either so im not commenting on him.

Edit: I just did.. Looks good..

"He brings the ball up the court for St. Francis, shoots threes, passes out of double teams and can face up.

His shooting numbers: 68 percent from the field, 38 percent from three, and 77 percent from the free throw line. For a 7’4 high school center, those are remarkable."

I said no thank you. That’s not running my mouth. If he’s a unicorn then great but until he does the above against D1 athletes I’ll stand by my assertion.

most of these knuckledraggers are just sideshow attractions. At some point being that tall is a disadvantage. Like a 100mph flame thrower with terrible accuracy

We need adjustments on this offense. Like bama they have taken away everything we have tried to do in the 2nd half.
