'26 Week 6 CFB games thread (10/9, /10), excluding PSU

[Chumboshifko1]

That program is coached by an insecure, loudmouth gym coach. They’re headed for another four or five loss season without their starting qb.

Nardoozie = typical Pitiot, doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut.

[BCS PSU]

Nardoozie = typical Pitiot, doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut.

If he coached at a Big 10 or SEC school, he would’ve been fired a long time ago. Instead, he coaches at a place that is satisfied with seven win seasons and appearances in bowls named after mayonnaise companies, which he never wins anyway.

"winning the turnover battle"

They need to capitalize on it.

Kulpmont Mt Carmel Shamokin Coal Township rides again!

Kulpmont Mt Carmel Shamokin Coal Township rides again!

Amazing how fast he has turned UCLA around.

I had to look Kulpmont up. Once had summer job in Lansford. Closest I got. Shamokin had a decent wrestling team back in the day.

[m.knox]

Amazing how fast he has turned UCLA around.

Evidently he wasn't good enough for Pat Kraft............. UCLA driving again....

[KingLando]

The UCLA-Oregon game is awful
Really have to wonder how "good" Oregon actually is this year

[KingLando]

Again--Oregon/UCLA is an awful, awful game

I think big ten is down this year.

[KingLando]

I think big ten is down this year.

Other than Ohio State--although I'm shocked they're not crushing Maryland

[Marshall2323]

Chesney pulls his QB?

Backup came in for 1 play and threw a perfect fade into the EZ that was dropped.

Diffenbach still in

[cntblvitsbutter]

I'll never understand why coaches don't want to take the 3.

[BobPSU92]

Looks like Kraft could have a shot at locksley.

[KingLando]

Diffenbach still in

Nico is injured--basically true every week
I know the game is hard to watch

[KingLando]

I'll never understand why coaches don't want to take the 3.

I'm torn--Oregon's offense is inept so forcing them to go the length of the field isn't a horrible idea but I'd go up by 7

[KingLando]

Oregon overpaid for Dylan

[cntblvitsbutter]

Guess Chesney knew what he was doing!

[cntblvitsbutter]

That pass was a wounded duck.

[KingLando]

Guess Chesney knew what he was doing!

I'm sure even he wasn't expecting that pathetic of a throw

[BobPSU92]

You do realize that Kraft could call Chesney at any time and get him here. We’re Penn State, after all.

[cntblvitsbutter]

I'm sure even he wasn't expecting that pathetic of a throw

More of a punt than a throw. Wonder how much Oregon paid for a punter.

[KingLando]

Va Tech can't make a FG now--kid is broken

[cntblvitsbutter]

I'm sure (hope?) MC gets this program back on track as he was put in a bad position to start, but there's no doubt in my mind Chesney would have this team in a MUCH better position this year: probably would've saved more of the recruiting class as well as holdovers, giving him the chance to use the portal more effectively.

Watching this game you're impressed with UCLA? Both these teams look awful.

[cntblvitsbutter]

I'm more impressed with UCLA this game than PSU the last 2!

[cntblvitsbutter]

You know who I'm not at all impressed by? Archie.

[Bison13]

Looks like Kraft could have a shot at locksley.

You mean that he should be shot if he tries to get Locksley.

[BobPSU92]

Maybe locksley just needs a change of scenery. Plus, too much pressure to win at md.

[cntblvitsbutter]

What's up with all these QBs just chucking the ball up for grabs?

[Phlebitis]

UCLA giving game away with penalties.

[Efejle]

Big Game James has that affect on his guys.

[Lil Nicky Scarfo]

My Arch Manning schadenfreude has never been as strong as right now

[Efejle]

You know who I'm not at all impressed by? Archie.

Eh, he's pretty good I think. My problem is with Jughead. That kid just isn't ready for prime time.

[Phlebitis]

Hokies lose another nail-biter.

[Knickslions69]

Cal tried to lose it but hung on

[KingLando]

First Pitt...now Cal
Apparently big games for Va Tech are bad ACC teams
