what would be more stupid would be immediately following a 29 win Elite Eight season (which isnt happening) would be giving him a raise and contract extension. something that would 100% happen and 100% be a disaster.

The rest of college basketball, including opposing fans and coaches treat him like the second coming of Tom Crean. At some point, when everyone else thinks you’re the problem, you probably are.

I'm sure this is far too optimistic for most, but I survived so many impossible things in my life and still recovered to stand and live, I will go down with my attitude of positive optimism until I die. So I shall indeed, play along.

25-7 reg. season , out at the elite eight with 9 total losses. Sad thing is, even if Pope manages that, which would overacheive from what I am really feeling, I don't think it's enough to keep him. I really think he and the team need to overachieve even greater than that for him to stay.

Dunno what to think.

Hope for the best, prep for the worst. But not evacuating, I'll go down with the Big Blue ship like all those that have passed along before me. Faith intact.
