I'll never understand why Universities continue to support Greek life on campus or permit any affiliation with any of them and the school. The good they do can immediately get erased by this type of stuff. We all know what these frats are really there for: lure in women with the illusion of a safe environment to drink, get them drunk, and see what happens. Just promote the excuse of "you were drunk" to women and the sex doesn't count for them.

All of the illegal/questionable/over the line stuff that everyone could ignore or claim lack of evidence about in the 60s/70s/80s and even 90s at all of these frat parties can all be documented now. All of it; with pictures and words right from the horse's mouth! Even if none of what happened at Cornell is true or if even 1% of it is true, why do you want your school attached to any of this? Take it all off campus and tell everyone none of this has anything to do with us. We provide classrooms and places to learn, that's it. What your kid does off campus is their own call; we do not support, promote, or permit any of it on campus.

The next shoe to drop will be this NIL money. Someone's kid is going to get killed by a rich NIL athlete who is in his 10th year of eligibility. And it is going to come out that this "kid" wasn't doing anything academically at the school and his NIL was allowing him to supercharge his poor behavior. And the school knowingly allowed all of this to go on and fostered an environment for same. It's not worth it.
