How embarrassing that you're in here slobbering for the worst president in history. You and the stupid 28% that you represent have royally fu.cked this country and you're not even hiding your face. But you will...and it shant be long.
Biden was the worst president in us history. 2nd place isn’t even close. Trump is the best president in modern history in comparison.

trump supporters are not Americans. Trump supporters a terrorists.

Trump supporters are not human beings and they belong in labor camps. They have no role in a productive society. Trump supporters are the bottom feeding filth of our country and the sooner they are gone the better off we will be.

Why are you being so cavalier about this after he's been pulling every lever to meddle in this election and you know it. From eliminating election boards, to a primetime address to fear-monger about Chinese manipiulation, re-gerrymandering, the SAVE Act, threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act, stealing the Georgia ballots to offering $5000 to every adult if they vote for him, we don't know what's next and that's the issue. But I'm sure you'll probably wave it all away and claim it's nothing. Surely HE wouldn't do anything crazy, right?

I'm not being cavalier at all, I'm just attempting to point out that not ago the crisis was that Trump was going to call off the election...then end of democracy....and so many jumped on that train as if it was "gospel"

Now we're on a new train...trump is going to steal the election (that not long ago he was going to cancel) ..and the same people on the old train, have made the jump to the new one...

ever heard of the story "the little boy that cried wolf"?

We all know that if Republicans win the election, democrats are going to come up with some scenario that explains how trump stole it. Of course if Democrats win, for sure Trump is going to say democrats stole it...IMO the only question facing us is the "stealing culprit"...will it be voting machines, no ID, mail in....

No before telling me how I'm going to react, I've already posted, on many topics, where I think Trump has screwed up and screwed us. I don't think he's crazy any more than I think Biden was crazy with his open borders...misguided, hardheaded, misinformed, less than forthright, yes all of the above and more...but not crazy...

Please step out of this thread - you're useless. Thanks
now I think it's you who might be a little cavalier. The only reason, and one stated by at least one of the signers of the letter, was that the purpose of the letter was to boost Biden's re election chances.

Most of the signatories never examined the laptop or had any idea what was on it. They signed because they wanted Biden elected. Now you might think that's not a group attempting to influence the election, but it's as close as anybody could possibly come.

This kind of stuff happens all the time. Candidates will do whatever they need to in order to create a positive, or eliminate a negative, factor in their election

Nothing has changed Ned, you're just normalizing crazy and intentionally avoiding the obvious to be adversarial. We've said for months that he would "TRY" to meddle in the election and even if he doesn't do another thing, that has already proven to be true.
  • It's corrupt as hell to demand red states re-gerrymander their districts to give him more seats mid-Census
  • It's corrupt as hell to steal the ballots from Georgia in an effort to find a reason to claim election fraud, not to mention batshit crazy.
  • A national primetime address to make Americans believe their elections are compromised is batshit crazy and a clear attempt to weaken Americans confidence in our election security.
  • Threatening states with jail time if they don't remove hundreds of thousands of voters who turned out to be citizens is batshit crazy.
  • Threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act and sending the military to the polls to protect against imaginary fraud is batshit crazy.
  • Trying to push through a bill that would require millions of people to re-register in person with only a few months before the election is a clear attempt to reduce the number of voters.
  • Bribing Americans with a $5000 check if they'll vote Republican is sick and un-democratic as hell.
I urge you to watch this clip and hear what Ed Martin and Tina Peters attorney have to say and tell me it's not evil.

You don't get a pass here Ned because you'd like to wave it all away and pretend it's fear-mongering when it has already smacked you in the face.

What part of it shouldn't have mattered either way since there was nothing on the laptop that implicated Joe in any crimes, do you not understand? Why aren't you mad that they tried to pull a last minute rope-a dope on the electorate a few weeks from the election to make voters believe Joe was corrupt when that was patently untue? That's what you should be mad about.

So funny to see how little confidence the Dems have in their team this election.
I have so much confidence that I believe that the only way the GOP doesn’t take a bloodbath in a midterm — where they control every part of the federal government, inflation is high, there’s an unpopular war that the president campaigned on not starting in the first place, energy prices are at all time highs, and the administration’s representatives can’t help themselves but go on tv and tell the electorate to skip meals and stop being poor — is if they cheat.

while all that you post may (or may not) be accurate, the one thing you avoided, or at least failed to mention, was my original post. That is, for months the mantra was "trump I going to cancel the election" ...now it has shifted to "trump is going to steal the election"

My point is not about anything you mentioned. It was simply that for some reason the anti trump folks just seem to float with the wind in their accusations. And don't think for a second that republicans don't do the same.

And as I pointed out, we already know that which ever side loses, we're going to hear "election was stolen'. You guys on the left are already setting the stage ...just rest the bullets in your post. And we also know, or can be realtively sure that if Republicans lose, Trump will say the same thing, he's already setting the stage as well.

oh I understand very well. But, if I recall correctly, and admittedly I'm too lazy to look it up, the letter didn't say "and there's nothing on the laptop that implicated Joe (not that most of the signatories would have had any idea what was on it at the time), they pointed out that the laptop fit the sign of Russian disinformation...

So I should be mad that one side tried to use the laptop to rope a dope but not upset the other side did the same thing?

Come on dpic, you're smarter than that. Both sides stretch the truth further than it should go to win elections. Neither is more moral or honest than the other.

No one definitively said he would cancel the election, you just hear what you want to hear. We have consitently said he would corruptly meddle in the election and that's already come true.

Actively meddling in the election now and then claiming fraud is not the same thing as noticing the corruption led to corrupt results.

It's embarrassing for you to imply that both sides are the same here. You really should be better than this.

Has the "classic earmarks" is not the same as declaring the laptop was Russian disinformation. Why aren't you more mad at the party that knew what was on the laptop and still tried to imply it implicated Joe in corruption than you are the party that smelled a rat?

you know, dpic, you're a really intelligent guy, but for some reason at times you seem to wear blinders to reality. If you really, truly believe that the 51 former intelligence leaders had the chance to review the contents of hunter's laptop, and make the determination that it had all the makings of Russian disinformation, then godspeed.

By the way, I personally think the whole laptop thing was, just what Trump ad republicans wanted it to be, a negative for Biden before the election.

no harm, no foul, I'm talking about 2026 only.

So your assertion is that Democrats for the first time since at least 2020 will say that an election is stolen if they lose, despite any evidence backing that up?

Edit, I'm sorry that should have read 2000.

I guess we'll see...But i'm pretty sure Trump will make that claim. I doubt we'll ever know about democrats as I doubt they're going to lose this cycle.

To be fair though, didn't Hilary make a similar claim about 2016? The validity of the election??

Look, you guys like to make everything, or most things black or white...in this case democrats don't do what republicans do, or vice versa.. I don't see it that way...both parties will do what they think will win them power. Now you can think one is worse than the other - in fact times members of each party think that about the other - but if you don't think politics is a dog eat dog profession, I personally think you're delusional.
