At least 13 of 17 teams had multiple players with vomiting, diarrhea & other issues. Sounds like food poisening, but they're calling it mystery illness.

For that many people to get that sick at the same time it absolutely points to food poisoning. Based on the speed and severity of symptoms might be staph. Perhaps a banquet or buffet available to all of the teams.
